Well-Informed and Conscientious Mortgage Broker at Active Link. Andy Ratiu is diligent and possesses in-depth knowledgeable of VA morgage loans. Andy assisted us with our first VA loan after relocating from overseas. He remained on radar to notify us when eligible VA IRRRL rates became available. Two years later, Andy guided us through our VA IRRRL, at a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. Knowing we could easily contact Andy to answer questions/concerns/information we had, enhanced his professionalism and raised our level of confidence in Active Link.

We went through active link for a Heloc.From the very beginning, Jack was super helpful.He was understanding and patient and helped us through the entire process. Through each step from application to closing , he was in constant contact with us , letting us know the next steps. When I would get frustrated or concerned , I would text him and he would call me within minutes. We were originally going to go with the lender that services our current mortgage , but Activelink and Jack were so amazing and so responsive that it was a no brainer to stick with them. If you're looking at refinancing to lower your mortgage payment or to pull cash out of your equity or to do what we did and apply for a Heloc , I highly recommend that you go through Activelink , and I suggest that you ask for Jack. The process from application to close was literally less than 72 hours, and the online notary service was at no cost to us and it was amazingly easy. My husband and I could not have asked for a better and smoother process. We are very very pleased.
