Great staff and vet friendly
It was a pleasure working with Mallory and her team. Additionally, their feedback structure was simple, honest and straightforward. The difference between her and other lenders I spoke to was her willingness to help me with a holistic look at my finances. She didn’t just try to sell me a product, but she helped me assess whether it was the right product for me. She also provided visual aids that I could use to make meaningful comparisons between the many choices from which I could choose. I also appreciated how responsive she was to the myriad of questions I had throughout the process. I would definitely work with her in the future and will be sure to recommend her to everyone I know.

Easiest refi ever
Easiest refi ever. Few phone calls, e-sign all docs. Closing in 10 days or so. Funds released in 4 days. Support folks were on top of everything and accessable at the drop of a hat. I will use them again should the opportunity present itself.

My experience with Active Link for the past several years has been nothing short of excellent!
