I ordered from this company 4 months ago. I have not received the goods, and despite asking for a refund, so far nothing has happened. I have done a check on Companies House and discovered that they were not formed in 2015, they were formed in May, 2018. Lie number one. The business is being run from a private house in Bromsgrove, not Halesowen as they make out - lie number two. On Forge Lane where they say the are based there is nothing in Forge Lane that suggests they have any premises there. No sineage, no unit front or anything to say their company is here. I've tried to find them. Total scam company.

Twice i have ordered from this company and twice i have been left out of pocket please avoid this company, they don't have a contact number and trying to get a response from emails is....well void. Horrible customer service

UPDATE - Since placing the review a very helpful lady called Sarah contacted me as I had still not received delivery and got in touch with EVRI for delivery next day. As I had a deadline for the products and out of desperation I ordered the same again to see which delivery would arrive first. The very next day the first delivery arrived and I contacted Sarah who immediately gave me a refund for the second order which is now in my bank account. I will amend from 1 star to 3 just because of Sarah. If all the staff were as good as Sarah they wouldn't have got into this mess. Its such a shame there are so many bad reviews.
Original post - What a frustrating disappointment. I should have known there would be issues as they don't have a contact telephone number so there is the first problem. Made a small order of workwear T's had them delivered to my home. Placed the second order on the 2nd of December for express delivery (paid extra) express is 1-2 day delivery to the office (workwear t's) EVRI tried to deliver after 7pm at night! contacted activewear who said they couldn't do anything that I should download the evri app and change the delivery address. So did that and it wouldn't let me change the delivery address but in the end after the 2-3 failed deliveries I found the option to have it delivered to my local post office. Next day I get a blurred out image of nothing and a note saying they couldn't deliver because they tried to deliver it after the post office was closed! Total madness and incompetence. Since then I have tried to contact activewear who send me a couple of emails first saying it was delivered on a date before I even ordered the products! they were looking at the wrong order. Then another email that it was delivered to marlow in the south. The office is in Lincolnshire so once again the wrong order! Since then no contact from them. These workwear T's are required for a specific event which was needed by Monday 9th at the latest as we have to print onto them. Both activewear and Evri who both don't have telephone numbers that can be utilised have provided a dreadful service. It has left us in a mess as we cannot fulfil our project. Activewear get a telephone number. As of today I am still waiting for evri or activewear to deliver the t's I have paid for or to contact me with a solution. You would have thought they would send a replacement order by priority next day but no they have done nothing.

I ordered a load of bags, paid for speedy delivery - they took 10 days to arrive and only half of them arrived with a measly note inside saying the other bags I had ordered were out of stock, but they took my money for them!!!!! Now I’m waiting for a reply from them but can’t seem to get anywhere. £100 worth of bags I’m waiting for!!!!! Why have them on sale on the website if they are out of stock! Scam!

Please stay away from this company is a waste of your time and money. I ve place my order for sublimation t-shirts and paid extra £9.99 for express delivery…haven’t heard anything from them. Emailed them several times no reply. I have let my customers down, was suppose to deliver the printed t-shirts on Monday 2nd. They don’t have a phone number, clear sign of a dodgy company. Please stay away from them.

Do you guys respond to emails? I've noticed you have time to delete comments on social media! No wonder your trust pilot reviews are shocking. Ordered well over a week ago. Paid a good whack extra on a rather large order for it to not arrive, Have my emails ignored and also no correspondence since placing this order.

This company has terrible communication. I tried to get bags sent and expedited so I would have them in time for a birthday party. They said they would and didn't. When I received the box it was broken into and half were missing. They wouldn't refund the money. They said I had to return all at my own expense.

Wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Spent £200 on workwear, payment went through, but no confirmation email received. I've emailed numerous times asking for an update, but after seeing the other reviews, I don't expect a response. Lesson learnt, always check for a customer services phone number before buying.

On 10/28/24, the order was returned to the shop. Now, on 11/24/13, the money still hasn't been return to the account. I don't recommend buying "activwear" the online shop.

This is the only company that have perfect beanie hats, ordered a bunch to get me through the year, perfect size, fabric and priced just right. Will always be doing business here.

I like the t-shirts I bought and they are as described — except for a horrible little white label on the side seam which I can't get rid of. I would not have bought them if I'd known.

I sent a return back through Royal Mail on the 21st October and it was signed for 24th October. Two emails later and still no reply or refund for my returned items.
Disgusting service now you have my return and my money!

Ordered 6 work coats and for a great deal the Quality of the coat is top-notch very happy would highly recommend

Order a top paid £6.99 for express delivery (1-3 days). Emailed twice still waiting on a response. Thanks for the 5% off next purchase that certainly will not be happening. I would not use or recommend again.

Ordered a pair of boots on the 27/11/24 and it’s now the 1/11/24 I have. Emailed them twice to ask for an update on my order…. No response from them.

I placed an order 29.10.24 and realised I had put the wrong address as I was on vacation next day.
I wrote to customer service the same minute, to put an alternate address, and they assured me it was sorted.

The courier confirmed the wrong address, poor service from Activewear.
I immediately wrote once again to customer services and complained about the issue and demand that I speak with a manager about the problem.
I was then greeted with the same, inane, useless customer service representative who assured me that I had her apologies, and it is probably the courier’s fault.

All I can say is if the item is not fit for purpose, I’ll be writing another review and I won’t be as polite as this one.
