I placed my order on 11th April and received confirmation email which said I’d get an email when item was dispatched and Evri would deliver within 3-7 business days.
It’s 27th April and I’ve heard nothing - no dispatch notification, no reply to my emails asking what’s going on. They don’t have a business number otherwise I’d have called them.
I’ve now requested a refund after reading these other reviews and will also ask my bank to get the money back. Very poor company ActiveWear Group! I will purchase the jacket from another trusted company and continue to press for my refund from Active Wear. This is the first company I’ve ever had any problems with and is my first time leaving a negative review.

1st time using this company.
Recommended by a friend after we both got ripped off by a local company going bust on us.
Excellent service excellent prices and fast delivery.Far cheaper even with the postage than the company i have dealt with for years for the same item.
I would highly recommend Active wear group and will definitely use them again.

Ordered a fleece gilet which i needed a smaller size which was fine but i received a new gilet in the right size but in a different colour i had ordered and i had to pay for the returns and customer services wouldn't refund me for there mistake. Activewear Group not very easy to work with

Crikey, lots of bad reviews, I spent about 35 quid in tees for personal use to embroider and customise. They arrived, everything was good and I'll be back for more.

Apallingly slow. Apalling customer service, many ignored emails and no customer service phone number available. Waiting over 5 months for a small number of t-shirts that I provided to be embroidered. Still no resolution despite promises. Avoid at all costs

Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a hat and a bag. The hat finally arrived (2+ weeks later) and was fine, but the bag wasn't sent. No explanation or apology given until I emailed them about it twice. They got back to me a few days later and said it was out of stock (then why was I able to put it in my cart?). They issued a refund for the bag, but not for the extra shipping I paid to include it with the hat. They are insisting that the shipping was the same without or without the bag, but that is not true. When I had just the hat in my cart, the shipping was $7.99; with the bag added it was $11.99. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered item on PayPal pay in three.
Item the wrong size. Returned it.
No conformation of delivery. No refund and they’re still taking money from my account.

I should have check trustpilot before placing the order, no wonder why they got so many 1 star ratings. Placed an order on sunday and based on customer requirement we have to cancel the order. I have sent an email and filled the form from their website after few mins of placing the order. They emailed me backed after 2 days saying that, they can cancel the order but they charge 20% re-stocking fee, what a joke and they dont have a contact number to speak to.They just want to loot money this way. I would say just avoid placing orders on this website.

Second time I have ordered orn navy ladies trousers size 10/regular,but I've been sent black colour in stead of navy colour and it's second time and the same situation,people can you read?I'm very disappointed

This company are charlatans. Sent order back they are denying recieving it . Got money back through Mastercard cashback with evidence postage etc now final notice saying will take court action for debt
I have payed money as dont want all the hassle so now no coat and £52 out of pocket. Funny when reading reviews (which should have done before ordered ) they don't send refunds. How are they getti g away with it ??

Show which side your zippers are on. I ordered a Zip up Hoody. The zipper is on the left ( I sent photos as they asked of me. With one being another Russell zipper hoody that I already have. It, like every jacket, coat, hunting vest and all the pants in my closet zip up on the right.
I am 79 years old and have never had any clothing with the zipper on the left hand side of the garment.
They wrote back affirming that is the way the zipper was made to be from the manufacturers.
Of coarse, I can send it back at my cost.
I will not purchase from the company again and intend to tell everyone I know about my experience with Activeweargroup.

Cannot believe that this shower are managing to continue to front up this scam. One year later, from placing an unfulfilled order, they have not responded to any of my communications . You have been warned.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews (after I had ordered) however, I can confirm my order came within a week of ordering & was perfect. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This place is a scam. Takes your money and don’t get anything. No way to contact them except for email, and good luck with getting them to respond.

SHIT SHOW OF A COMPANY.
Goods out of stock, money taken. Second time this has happened in as many years.
Weeks later they send an email asking if you would like a refund and then 2 months later.... STILL NO REFUND and we aren't talking about £20.00

I've had a similar experience to may other reviews. My order wasn't despatched within timescales, emails went unanswered and there's no way to contact other than via email. I only received an email and despatch notice after asking to cancel my order. This is a present, and unlikely to turn up in time. Awful customer service.

I ordered a jumper for my husband from this company to wear for a very close friend funeral. She passed away with breast cancer and the family have requested that we wear pink. The item has not arrived, no reply to emails and unable to contact them via phone. Avoid!!
