Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered 3 tshirts they arrived in poor packaging and were very small. I returned them expecting a refund. Never got it. I have emailed them, no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Products are poor quality. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them.

Activewear Group Extremely Poor Service Avoid this company
Activewear Group owned by Kerry Charlotte FROST is the sole director of this company and its clearly having problems, have an appalling customer service, I ordered two polo shirts for work, one was packed loose in the plastic envelope and the other was wrapped in a protective bag, both polo shirts were too tight so I returned them for a refund and after sending 6 emails and messaging on Instagram have still not received a refund despite being promised that the manager would issue a refund. I would avoid using this company for any purchases as they look like a failing business. Do your research before making any purchases.
AVOID
poor packaging looks like an ebay seller, torn and broken packaging that had been patched together with tape. Not what the website looks like. Item looks massive as well much bigger than the size says. Their website looks like a proper company but the reality is probably something exploitative and not good.
Dreadful Company
I ordered 2 x polo shirts which came fairly quickly, but were no where near the size on the label. They were returned the same day and that was 8 weeks ago. i am still e mailing every week to get the refund due, but still waiting. Avoid this Company.
DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY
I ordered 4 items and returned all 4 as wasn't happy with the items. I arranged a courier collection and only been refunded for one item as telling me only one item received back. They are asking me to send a photo showing the parcel with all 4 items returned - never had to do this with any courier returns.
I will never ever purchase from this company ever again. I have emailed asking for the other 3 items to be refunded but getting nowhere.

Ordered 3 polo shirts, paid for 1-3 day delivery. Delivery was “delayed” so wasted money. Shirts way too small and one had stain on it. Then to add insult to injury had to pay postage to return. Don’t bother with this company.
Shocking
Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered three polo shirts for work. They arrived much smaller than I had expected, so I promptly arranged a return, which cost me £5. Yodel is saying they have received my return, but no refund. Waited a month and emailed them, but no reply. Terrible service.
Sent wrong size and no reply from customer services
They have sent me the wrong size to what I ordered- multiple attempts to contact customer services (email and through website - no phone number) and no reply
Eventually I have now paid to return these for a refund - requesting to have postage and return postage also refunded. If I receive this I will update review - but currently it’s zero stars

Order from China it's quicker
Ordered 4 t-shirts on the 3rd of may. It took 9 days to post ans EVRi delivered to day the 14th. I have had items delivered from China faster. That's not all 1 of the t- shirts came not in a bag like the other's so don't no if it was a return. Will never use again and advise all of you to avoid.
Scammers
these are scammers ! I ordered goods from them on 07/04/2025 for £112. and I didn't receive anything! They don't respond to my requests.
Disappointed manufacturer size error
Ordered an XL duplicate to a jacket we already owned. Arrived 3.75” smaller armpit to armpit width measurement. They will not not support manufacture size error. Beware returns go to the UK & a $70 return cost is on the buyer. Never again!!
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Do not use. Despite personal assurance that my order would be handled effeciently I'm months in with still no resolution. Small claims court beckons!!!
I placed my order on 14th April and…
I placed my order on 14th April and received confirmation email which said I’d get an email when item was dispatched and Evri would deliver within 3-7 business days.
It’s 30th April and I’ve heard nothing, no reply to my emails asking what’s going on. They don’t have a business number otherwise I’d have called them.
I’ve now requested a refund. Very poor company. I'll shop elsewhere from another trusted company. This is the first company I’ve ever had any problems.
