The WORST COMPANY to deal with. Please do not buy anything from Activewear Group Ltd. They have no business ethics or honesty. I’ve had a bad experience dealing with them for my refunds. Pathetic customer service. No responses nor the refunds. PayPal should black list such organisations.
In short, look elsewhere for your needs.

Took over a week before they bothered to dispatch. Mens hoodie arrived and the sleeve cuffs were far to small for man hands

I ordered a poncho on 9/6/25 and by 9/14/25 the order still hadn’t shipped. I contacted the company and they said “Please accept my apologies for this,
Your order has now been expedited, and you will receive a despatch email in due course.” By 9/18/25 I still hadn’t gotten a shipment confirmation and I contacted them again and got the exact same response. I reached out to them on 9/21/25 after still no shipment and a day later they asked for my order number which was included in my original message and I still haven’t heard back with any more information.
I ordered this on the 6th for a birthday present for the 26th thinking it would be enough time. It won’t arrive to be given as a present and I’m concerned it won’t arrive at all. I am still hoping it will be shipped but hopefully I can at least get a refund if it never arrives. It’s been a frustrating experience with this company so far.

I placed a fairly complex order with the Activewear Group. Only then, did I look at the reviews for the company and had I looked prior to placing my order, I would have been dissuaded from doing so. However, I am pleased to report that my order was fulfilled speedily and perfectly. Each garment was delivered in the correct style, size and colour ordered and at an extremely reasonable price. I was also kept updated by the company and courier. I can only report that I am very happy with my experience dealing with this company.

This company advertised everything in USD and even invoiced in USD. BUT CHARGED IN British Pounds - I think. The USD is worth a lot less than a British Pound so be VERY WEARY of this so called company.

I ordered two polo shirts, returned in July as not suitable, have been chasing for my money back since then, very creative with excuses! Pay system teething problems, boss is on holiday and will chase it up! Ive now contacted my bank who will chase it up for me! Im amazed this lot are still in business!

Only half of my order shipped. No word on why. Multiple emails and contacts through various means and no reply. Eventually sent a refund for the other half - many weeks later. Non-existent customer service

From the ordering to the delivery as been very good. The polo shirts a very good quality and I couldn't recommend them enough. I will definitely be ordering more in the future and other products like Tee Shirts. Excellent company.

After ordering 2 x bodywarmers,"And paying for them!", only 1 turned up? Which did not fit. The item was returned, but a month later "No Refund at all!". I have e mailed the seller several times, and absolutely No return e mails. They do not refund £ at all. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Item not delievered in time (despite paying for 1-3 day delivery) and when we have contacted the company to refund we have not received a refund and the items have still not been delivered over a week ago from ordering. DO NOT USE. They are using Amazon pay to take money and we are currently trying to get a refund through Amazon. On the gov.uk website looks like they have ceased trading MULTIPLE times.

Took a risk, as the reviews are not favourable for this company. Ordered 3 t-shirts and can't fault the company. Clothing is great quality; communication and postage were also very good. Will use this company again in future!

Fast delivery, would have been 5 stars but there was 1 shirt missing,
no message inside about out of stock of item. Fast refund for shirt.

I ordered 2 polo shirts from this company 12 days ago. Still have not received the order! Emailed 3 times to follow up, no response. Terrible customer service. Looking at the reviews I’m not sure I’ll ever see the items or a refund, but I will try to. Would never recommend this company, there are so many reliable services out there they are not worth bothering with.

I was shopping from my iphone, I took my Active Workwear basket to checkout to pay using ApplePay. I never enter my payment card details online (too risky). However, the pay using ApplePay option did not appear! I emailed Active Workwear to advise them their site had a technical problem. They emailed back with the following (rather crass) reply: -

"You should be able to pay VIA Apple pay but if it’s not working then you will just have to pay with your bank details

Hmm, not the standard of customer diplomacy any serious business proprietor would welcome, or should tolerate - Persona non grata. Show her the door before she sinks your business..

Ordered 2 t-shirts on the 16th June they never arrived apparently they are with Evri where for what reason delivery just stopped. I emailed this awful company today and ask them to refund me I no longer want the t-shirts but have been told they can’t do that and I have to wait until they hear from the delivery company. I just want my money back and I won’t be letting this go I should have done my research on this company with no phone number to call them on. Please don’t order from this online company.

Update for today I received a partial refund they stopped £4:00 could this be for the delivery that I never received this company is shocking I want a full refund

Ordered Blaklarder polo shirt @ £27 as to try before placing order for 15 polo shirts, waited over 10 days for delivery after being told item not in stock, shirt finally arrived in a small DHL bag with no manufacturer's packaging and the label missing which had clearly been cut off and whoever had cut the lable off had cut a small hole in back of the polo shirt leaving it it not fitt to wear .
Tried to contact customer services but they do not reply to emails and no contact phone number is available

I had to return an item because it was to small, they acknowledged they received it. this was the 19/03/2025 despite numerous emails they still never refunded me despite them saying numerous times the money would be in my account within 5 days, this never happened.
I got in touch with my credit card company and within a week the credit card company refunded me. This was on the 20/ 06/ 2025. Stay clear of this company they are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with or likely to again. A 1 star is far to high of a rating.
