I purchased the Bobbin rechargeable lamp. Shortly after purchase it stopped turning on, even after charging. I attempted to contact Addison Ross via the customer service email address on their website site because this product has a Lifetime Guarantee. I never received a response beyond the automatic email letting me know they received my messages. Super disappointing customer experience.

I have purchased multiple items from Addison Ross, however one item I purchased from Liberty due to Addison Ross being out of stock has developed a fault where it has stopped being able to grind despite minimal use.

I visited the store today, with the grinder where the fault was acknowledged. However, there was nothing they could do as I purchased from Liberty and in the assistants own words 'it will negatively affect our trading as I cannot exchange against a Addison Ross purchase'.

As Liberty no longer stock the product, I now need to contact Liberty directly for a refund and re-purchase elsewhere to still have a set. If I didn't have the matching grinder I would be purchasing a set from Le Cruset who offer a similar colour whilst being made of significantly higher quality ensuring I wouldn't be in this situation.

Horrific customer service where trading figures are more important than basic customer service and resolving faulty products.

I bought one of their rechargeable lamps in Geneva. Great product. Looks very cool in my apartment. After a couple of months I had to reach their customer service. 5 star experience. Just for their customer service is worth to buy any product.

Excellent service. Issue raised with admin team and replacement send out immediately. Couldn’t ask for better support. Salt and pepper grinders are a beautiful edition to my kitchen. Thank you Addison Ross!

This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! They respond incredibly quickly, are extremely helpful and really think along with you. I had never heard of this brand before receiving an email from them.

I had never visited their site, never purchased from them, but they have acquired my email address by unscrupulous means to tell me about a product being back in stock that frankly, I think is tacky and certainly not to my taste.

Bought one frame from Addison Ross. The order and everything was fine. That's why I gave them a 2 instead of a 1. Problem is, I cannot get rid of any of their advertisements that CONSTANTLY pop up after I ordered. Deleted cookies, site history, everything. Could do this with other companies ok in the past, not this one. Their aggressive advertising is too much.

Very disappointed with our bobbin lamps. They were far too small and not worth the money we spent. The colour was not to our liking either.

A delivery mix-up (partly my own doing) turned into a small saga: the parcel was refused and returned, and a swapped parcel meant the wrong item reached their warehouse. But the customer service team handled it brilliantly: quick replies, no fuss, and a free replacement of the pepper mill I'd ordered. Lovely product and even better service! Highly recommend.

Default set to pay for insurance
Make sure when you are placing online order to uncheck the box for shipping insurance if you choose not to have it.
Raised this with customer service and felt fobbed off.

The product itself, the packaging, and the shipping speed were all excellent. I think this is the first photo frame I have ever bought where even the back and the metal fittings are this beautiful and well made.

However, when purchasing, I uploaded my own photo for the company to print and place inside the frame before shipping. Unfortunately, the printed photo arrived with crushed/dark colors and even visible crease marks on the print itself. Because of that, the excitement and emotion of opening the box and seeing the frame for the first time was cut in half, which was disappointing.

That said, the frame itself is truly beautiful and I am still very satisfied with the product overall.

I ordered a frame and a tray as a gift, once they arrived I ended up ordering a tray for myself as they are so pretty!

I loved the design of the salt and peper medium size pieces. I got them in 2 different pinks. They looked lovely so I decided to take to the bin the box it came on. But sadly when I started to use them. Firstly I got it as they were medium size (not cheap prize) and the space to put the salt is super minimum. So pretty much you can’t put much salt or pepper. And the salt is not properly grinded so pretty much you need to buy the big one to have normal amount of salt. But not sure about the performance anyway. So bad performance and super small space inside to put the salt and pepper. £41 for each one. Very unnhappy with this purchase

I order a bobbin rechargeable lamp just before Christmas. The lamp came with some defects such as dents at the top near the power button along with the power button itself not working sometimes. To be fair, when I brought the issue to them they were extremely quick to issue a replacement lamp to me which at first seemed fine but 4 weeks later while plugging it in to charge the entire charging unit inside detached and is now shaking around unusable inside the lamp, I contacted them again about this and yet again they were extremely quick to issue a replacement lamp however this third lamp is very crooked and also has dents around the charging area. I’m not interested in getting anymore lamps if they’ll each come with issues, 3 lamps each with poor quality has now left me questioning whether i trust their product quality. 2 stars simply because of how willing they were to replace the items albeit replacing with poor quality AGAIN.

We love love our Addison Ross shakers. However unfortunelty aesthetics feels like it’s where it hits the mark as we are on our third salt shaker as they keep breaking.

Can’t fault customer service, they are amazing, but sadly the product isn’t up to standard kitchen use

Salt and Pepper doesn’t work

I loved my taupe lamps but the charge cord cords don’t work. There is an mis match between the size of the slot and the cable. Have tried many different other cables but nothing works. For the price, I’m very upset. Waiting to see what they suggest.
Is there an insert inside the cable slot that is missing or something? I don’t understand BOTH lamps being this faulty! Anyone found a solution?

UPDATE - 100% + to the company and their staff for a fast and wonderful remediation. It’s all in how things get rectified and will keep me buying off Addison Ross.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from them but both times I’ve had faulty or poorly painted mills sent to me. For what you pay I would expect better quality. They do send out replacements but they were just as bad.
