Very disappointing. After few years with them when you have a problem they answer days after, even in the chat. They tell you ok I'll come back to you and never come back.

Now even when I contact them through the chat they don't bother to reply. Their embeb code is broken on some of my videos and now my website look very unprofessionnal.

Beware... I signed up for the lifetime plan. PAID the one off fee and now tell me that I will have to go on the monthly plan and make regular monthly payments. Non existent support its a bot on repeat.

There are much more reliable companies out their who both support you and back up what they advertise.

Super unreliable. The certificate for my domain expires every 90 days and they do nothing about it until I nag multiple times in their chat. They have one job, to reliably host media and they seem unable to do that. Beyond that, uploads are slow and sometimes it takes hours for a short video to "process" before it's posted. Avoid.

Scammed. Please please be aware. This was a costly error to get involved with this company. I signed up for the agency plan which gave me unlimited space for a lifetime. A one off fee and no monthly payments ever. They now tell me that they can't sustain that offer and I will have to go on the monthly plan. Total deception. I have asked for a refund for false advertising but they have responded with 'not eligible'. They appear to be in trouble. I'll be looking to take this further.

The offer is good, but it's doubtful how they can maintain their infrastructure. Sure enough, some of my hosted videos can't be played. It takes more than 2 minutes for the video to load. Support is terrible as well.

They are constantly having issues as a platform. Issues with access, issues with loading. I have clients complaining all the time about the platform and its function. And their customer service is super slow and not efficient. They need days to resolve anything and they do not inform you about anything. Feels like screaming into the void.

Did not honour LTD. Bought a lifetime deal with them for video hosting, but Adilo has chosen to cancel it without notice to customers.

Just learned and confirmed via Adilo support, that they are not honoring the Lifetime Deal purchases. Hate to see them take advantage people like this. LTD's are the "lifetime" of the Software, not the lifetime of the desire to honor their obligation after taking peoples money. Software is still operational, so I can see some big issues in the future for this company unless they make this right via refunds or honoring their obligations. Not a good look!
