I just started using the platform, but I already love everywhere about it: the polished look, the great features, and the ease of navigating. I am also impressed with the customer service. Shout out to Vivian for helping me with everything. I am glad I decided to join Adilo.

Do not trust this company.

Adilo does not provide a good product. The video player is sub-par, the speed is slow, and in my split tests has been drastically out converted by both Wistia and Voomly.

After my test, I contacted Adilo and asked for a full refund.

I was ignored for an entire month.

After following up, they’re now refusing to refund me, because apparently they, “only allow refunds in the case of their being a technical issue.”

The thing is, there IS a technical issue. The two other video platforms I tested this against drastically outperformed Adilo.

My advice? Stay away! Bad product, bad customer service, bad company!

There's a lady named Priscila, she is one of Adilo's support team. She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget.

She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve.

Now, she's offered to take my video file and upload it herself. Priscilla is a true CREDIT to Adilo.

This platform is not ready for prime time. Lots of errors. Cannot even upload a basic 4Mb video. It just sits there and says processing. Then I get kicked out at random times with a Server 500 error.

Plus... they refuse to give me a refund. Be very careful!

Good Product / No Real Way to Reach Support
I bought the business lifetime which is supposed to come with unlimited storage and 1TB of bandwidth. Initially, my acct was missing features. I chatted and the issue was resolved. However, under storage, the word unlimited did not appear. So I chatted and waited over a day to see if the issue would resolve. Although I was told I had unlimited storage the Adilo page would not reflect what I was told. Chat was unable to resolve this issue or have someone look into issue so I had to cancel. I was looking forward to Adilo but had pause after this experience and cxld.

With any paid plan, you get all the options that you can imagine you would need. It's quite impressive compared to other similar alternatives. Very good price for video hosting compared to others, and it gives me all the options I need, and even more, to publish, customize and secure my videos. Support team is very reactive and helpful.

One of the standout features for me is the responsive and attentive customer support provided by Adilo. They've been quick to address any questions or concerns I've had, making me feel valued as a customer.
Another aspect that drew me in is the excellent value for money. Adilo offers a wealth of features at a competitive price point. The option for a Lifetime license has been a great budget-friendly choice.

I have changed from 1 star review because the team eventually sorted out my complaints by 27 June. They do respond fairly quickly so that’s a good thing. I recommend you read the sales page and cancellation policy thoroughly and try before you buy!

The 14 day money back guarantee is a lie, I didn't get a license in the email and after contacting for a refund they pressed me for a license

Adilo sent through an email at lunchtime. I opened it and tried to buy the unlimited offer. Once I clicked submit, they tried to charge double. I contacted customer service, and they refused to help. Claiming the offer did not exist.

If this is how Adilo is trying to raise money by lying to their customer before they even sign up. It smacks of distrust before the contract even starts.

I hope Adilo reads this and stops putting out clickbait offers. I would've bought at the offer price but not now

From a Facebook link, I purchased a "Standard Lifetime" account with "Unlimited Videos & Audios" for $74.52 USD. This came with "And Your Investment Today is 100% Protected By Our
14 Day Guarantee"

I trusted this because Trustpilot gave it good reviews. Now I have my doubts about those reviews. Apparently most are fake!

This was offered with a 14 day purchase guarantee. After completing the purchase, I was immediately offered to upgrade the account to also allow unlimited projects for $106.92 USD, telling me that the standard account, while unlimited, would only allow 1 project. Shame on me for not realizing that this was a bait and switch. I made the mistake of going ahead with it, because I felt sure that limiting my "Unlimited Videos & Audios" to one project would likely hamper me.

So, I purchased the upgrade. Then I was immediatedly offered a subsequent upgrade to their "Agency" version, which would allow unlimited storage. Wait!!! The just told me that I had "Unlimited Videos & Audios" Now they're adding the caveat that I'm still limited to 300 gb. They're now telling me that unlimited really doesn't mean unlimited.

Now I was sure that this was a bait & switch scheme, and stopped.

As to their also advertized "14 Day Guarantee", again, bait and switch. I contacted them today to cancel both plans and refund the money, and they told me that the 14 day guarantee only applied if they were unable to fix any problems I had. I told them that my problem was with "Unlimited Videos & Audios" didn't mean "300 gb" and that if they couldn't really make it Unlimited storage, then they didn't fix the problem, so give me a refund. I spent about 10 minutes going back and forth to no avail. Unfortunately, their open ended guarantee really means nothing the way they're interpreting. If it doesn't do what they ley you to think it would do, then shame on you. Indeed, even if the problem wasn't "unlimited", clearly, all they need to claim is that they're still working on it.

While I can see that they did a Bait & Switch and hid the storage and guarantee in the middle of the page, this was clearly deliberate deception.

What I got for $181.44 if what I could get for free on Youtube.

I never used the product and the product isn't nearly what I was led to believe initially, so they should refund the money.

Adilo is not only the complete software service for video makers; it has the best value and pricing. My videos hosted on Adilo have always played perfectly. I like the software for customizing the player skin and adding interactive features. Ease of use, security features, and support are the best!
