All those positive reviews are fake. The product is poor quality, and they refuse to issue a refund as they guaranteed.
Update: After being ignored on email for 2 weeks I got my credit card company involved, and w/in 24 hours a refund miraculously appeared. Avoid this company!

Adilo Scamming People with Fake Claims. They said that 14 days refund policy, but they are now saying, there is no refund. They miss leading people by saying Unlimited Video Hosting for Lifetime deal but when i purchased, there is a limit of 300 GB only.
They didn't mention it anywhere that there is a limit, even in there sales page , it was saying unlimited also

Unsatisfactory customer service, dubious and unclear ads aimed at getting the purchase done with promises that do not reflect reality and misleading language.
No inclination to resolve issues.
Questionable and virtually non-existent return policies.
Do not trust or hope in their guarantees.
They will try to find ways to twist the issue to their advantage, if they can't, they will try to throw you a bone to shut you up, and if that doesn't work either, they will ignore you.
All this experienced on my skin and I have the conversation files to prove it.
A company that sticks to lose change, questions a fair return, tries to shut you up after it realizes it is in the wrong with giving up something extra rather than doing the easiest thing (returning your money) and ignores you to try to shut you up.

They are misleading consumers BIG TIME. Do not purchase. They provide some services but ultimately cannot provide the services they offer. Keep a screenshot of chats and how long they take to respond. Get a refund immediate with paddle or open a dispute with evidence that they could not provide what they offer.

I've been using Adilo for approximately half a year now, and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with what this platform has to offer. From its impressive array of features to its top-notch customer support.

ADILO IS HALF-BAKED & NOT READY!!!
My initial impression of Adilo was based on a warm connection with Vivian who handles customer support. Very pleasant person. I almost rushed to judgment like many here to give Adilo at a 5-star review before having the chance to use the platform thoroughly, This review is unbiased and fair to you... the researcher. They ask people for 5-star reviews which I initially did in blind faith, optimism, and goodwill, but had to come back to update and give a full picture.
They are not there yet. The only reason I'm giving this platform a 3 instead of a 2 is because of one lady (Vivian), who, in my opinion, is the glue keeping this company together; also because of my optimism in hoping Adilo can get it together.
From a technical perspective, there are a lot of bugs and elementary user design errors. It takes forever to open anything that you click. I find myself refreshing the page or clicking several times to get this platform to function. It's extremely annoying and frustrating. It's very time-consuming. Experiences like this make me not mind paying my monthly subscription to Vimeo or using my LTD for Gumlet. They are reliable, seamless, and with speed. Adilo only compares to Vimeo in intentionality but far from.
The only circumstance that I could advise anyone to invest money in Adilo is under a lifetime deal only. Otherwise, trying to get it to work or load is not worth the time and frustration.
There are loops and inconsistencies in the customer experiences, from the onboarding to the email sequences to..just ugh. That's bananas to me 😂🍌 Who allows that to go on ignored? I've raised concerns as 'submitted' ideas in their 'roadmap', but the roadmap is based on what the co-founder deems wants vs. the voice of the customer. Bugs and defects are not publicly track on the roadmap if I find odd. so there's no guarantee that your submission is even considered. Most of the submission items are Chris's (co-founder)
There is a complete lack of attentiveness regarding where people are in the customer journey. This shows the need for growth and maturity in EQ and business acumen.
Adilo has tons of potential, but if anything, they will be their own downfall. There's a lack of focus here with a tendency to jump to the next shiny object in being feature-heavy vs. ensuring a solid foundation in functionality.
I do like the forward-thinking of this group. My experience with the young lady Vivian... SHE IS THE STAR, in my opinion. She'd deserve some type of equity or ownership in this platform if she doesn't have it. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of her time future-wise. If she ever leaves, this platform will tank. She’s valuable!
Although I believe Adilo has potential, there's a lack of focus, clarity, and direction. It's rushed, and too many corners are being cut in development.
I say that as an experienced developer and architect. Either it’s lazy coding with poor practices, knowledge gaps, or both. But one thing is certain: time will tell if this company succeeds. If they continue on this path, it won't be long before the doors are closed. I’d give it 2 years tops if they don’t start making changes.
I believe it is a trustworthy choice
I strongly believe that I will not regret my migration from Vimeo to Adilo. It has fast support (live chat which is very significant) It has very nice interface and easy. If the developers notice some minor details then Adilo could be a major player.

I've been an Adilo user for a couple of years.
Before then, I'd been using Youtube in private settings and Vimeo for my video needs.
To be honnest, Adilo was somehow too advanced for my use case. Or so I thought.
Well thinking so was letting some serious money on the table.
The marketing abilities of Adilo alone are definitely worth it.
You can split test thumbnails, videos and embed targeting pixels. This is HUGE !

I've been a user for a few years now and keep re-investing into more lifetime access to their continuous growth in function and technological relevancy. Customer service is probably one of the best parts because of how responsive and helpful they are. I saw some new features that came out right after I invested in a new upgrade and after they realized just how much I've already invested, they creatively found a way to help this loyal customer get some access to the new functions. Grateful and Appreciative for the experience thus far! (Now back to uploading more videos and serving my audience. 😁)
