I like this site here in Australia because it sells SkinCeuticals, a brand that is wonderful but hard to find here in Australia, but this week I was disappointed because they announced a SkinCeuticals brand promotion, they only sell 48 products here in Australia, and only 5 were on the promotion, this is so ridiculous! Simply a shame!
If you are going to make a promotion, do it in a professional way not to draw attention and sell crumbs. Poor!

Amazing service, great prices too, always received quickly and I am in NZ. Love the free samples and my 8yo loves the TimTam! I once had a query and received a very friendly helpful email within hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I’ve been a loyal customer since their site launched. Always received my orders promptly, never really had any kind of issue. The couple of times I’ve had to contact them they have mostly been helpful and good to deal with. My last order appears to have been lost by the courier after having it for 3 weeks (Melbourne - Melbourne delivery shouldn’t be that hard, covid or not) and I was offered a refund which I appreciated. But I’m incredibly disappointed that they no longer use toll for deliveries but instead have gone to a very dodgy company - couriers please. It’s pretty clear looking at google reviews for this company that they are unreliable and more often than not loose items. Also that they are impossible to get a hold of and don’t reply to emails etc. I’m sad to say I can’t continue to shop with adore based on their current choice of courier. Surely a cheaper option isn’t a better one if it will inhibit your ability to service your customers.

Loveeee Adore Beauty! And such good deals too! I have placed a few orders with Adore Beauty and have nothing bad to say. Delivery times were good! Any delays due to high volumes or covid related issues have been noted on their website and in emails. And their customer service is great over email and live chat.

After reading all the bad reviews about how long shipping would take to NZ and bad customer service, I was skeptical about buying from Adore Beauty. I decided to test it and buy a couple of things - I was amazed at how fast the shipping was! I placed the order on Sunday afternoon and received a notification it was dispatched on Monday morning. I had received the order by Thursday morning.
I bought the rest of the items I wanted through Farmers, and I still haven't received a tracking number or anything over a week later!
I would definitely recommend Adore Beauty.

Bad customer service and ridiculously slow delivery despite ‘order before 4pm and get same day dispatch’. Expect minimum 2 weeks delivery to NZ.

Ordered on September 10th, to be delivered to my work address - assuming the items would be delivered by StarTrack or Auspost during business hours. I received a notification from SekoLogistics that they had attempted delivery at 7pm and to contact Adore CS to arrange re-delivery. It is not 21/9 and after contacting Adore CS multiple times, through Email (where I was notified it could take them SEVEN business days to respond?), LiveChat (which is barely monitored and the representatives are useless at best), and by phone (where I was told they were too busy to take my call and to leave a message, only to have the phone line cut out before I could) - I still have no idea where my parcel is or if it will be redelivered. AB is clearly an incredibly successful company, but god knows how with this abysmal "service". Do not recommend.

Honestly I have never shopped from Adore Beauty and so I recently purchased a few items on a whim as the prices are appealing. My order was placed on the 18th August 2021 and I still have not received this. I’ve followed up and the Customer Service team said that they have dispatched this now along with a replacement. I have to say that the response from the service team was quick but I still have not received either shipments as of today (14th September). It is understandable that there are delays at the moment but as a customer I should not have to follow up on my orders for them to be sent out! Absolutely terrible, would not recommend!!!

I was enticed in to the site by the free gifts..I spent the money and no free gift was mentioned at all. I read the conditions that weren't shown on the pop up that it wasn't valid in NZ. I wrote and told them to make it clearer that these gifts weren't for us NZers. I was upset to be lied too. I was given a discount on my next purchase. I used that no problem. I went back to buy a gift and another free gift was offered, if i spent $99. I spent that amount, my free gift appeared in the cart BUT when I checked out, the invoice had completely different details. They had dropped the price of the items by $10 and no free gift. I wrote and asked why no gift, they said I had to spend $99! I had!
They have been dishonest, in my opinion, in both transactions..and I won't go back ever again. The free gift was my little perk, the purchase was a gift. I just want honesty and smooth transactions. Boo 👎

Delivery to NZ is super duper slow. I've ordered, The Ordinary Products 3 times from Adore Beauty in the last 2 months. The first order came within the 2-4 day deliver timeline. Every order after that has taken 2-3 weeks to arrive despite the SAME shipping method ... Honestly, think it is better to just buy The Ordinary range from Farmers, at least it is reliable. I've had to follow up with their courier myself every single time, and the customer service team just never helps and keeps telling me it'll arrive the next day. 100% do not recommend just for their bad delivery ....

This was my first time ordering from Adore Beauty and was great! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had received a tracking number which for some reason wasnt showing any tracking updates, so I contacted Adore Beauty via their live chat and they were quick to look into it and let me know where my parcel was. Before ordering I was scared it wasnt going to come for a few weeks due to some of the reviews, however it came in about 5 days. (I live in NZ). It was also nice to receive a tim tam and free samples in my order. Will be shopping here again :)

If your not willing to wait two weeks for you’re parcel to show up then adore beauty is not for you! But other than that i did received my parcel and was very happy at the end👍🏽

I’ve received my order confirmation on 11th July and the payment of $642.90 came out on my Amex Card too. I’ve been waiting for a week wondering why no parcels arrived yet nor order shipment confirmation on email so I’ve contacted the customer service team but never be able to get on hold with someone directly and instantly. Finally received an email on 21st and I was told that they will get someone to call me back to verify my order as they have a security system in place on their website that filters through all of the orders to avoid any fraudulent activity and guest what! It’s 26th now, no one contacted me yet even though I already verify the payment method and provided my mobile number asking them to call me ASAP. Very frustrated shopping experience that I’ve ever had and I even have concerns that I’ve been scammed. Now I’m just gonna wait and see anyone calling me tomorrow or not, if not then I’m going to contact Amex tomorrow to dispute this transaction.

very bad experience, customer support is terrible they tell me to call instead, and then the call support has an automated messaging saying go to chat.

I have been a regular, loyal Adore Beauty customer since it started. When the website changed I found it very annoying that I’d be trying to shop and would be bombarded with pop ups offering help, suggestions for products and specials. My biggest issue is that they assume you want product samples. Mecca, Nourished Life etc give you the option which is the way it should be given we have so little control over what we can choose these days with Covid. I’ve been on Adore Beauty live chat when I’ve placed my last 2 orders and they have assured me that there won’t be samples in my parcel. After being promised when I placed my order for over $150 the other day, My order arrived with 3 samples, none of which I wanted and all ended in the bin which is such a waste. I am so disappointed and will be reviewing Adore Beauty in as many sites as I can to get the word out. I will no longer be using them rather directly with the product companies, Nourished Life, Mecca or RY. So annoyed and such a shame…

I have only ordered from Adore Beauty a couple of times, but each time I have had a great experience.

Shipping is incredibly fast, usually within 1-2 days (even with selecting regular post)!

The best part however is the bonuses. You automatically get 1-3 small satchets/samples and a Tim-Tam, but there are so many deals you can get for bigger samples/full size bonuses if you spend a certain amount or buy a certain product and put in a code.

Love this! I received free express shipping, so my package arrived within a few days, in the most adorable packaging with free samples and a timtam! 😝🥰

Ordered a few items for mother's day yesterday afternoon and they arrived this morning. Lots of free items and free overnight delivery! I'm so happy, would highly recommend to anyone!
