Aaron was incredibly professional throughout our call today. He showed real understanding of my situation and maintained a non judgemental attitude for the duration of the call. He offered me various options showing concern for the impact each option may have on my financial situation going forward to ensure any option I chose was affordable and mean I would not incur any financial hardship.
