Working with Janet was seamless and she was very helpful and professional.

This is probably one of the worst experiences iv had with a bank. Out of no where my business account has an account review and all the funds are taken from hsbc including my personal account with hsbc. I don’t receive any correspondence or anything from letters, emails or calls. They block my accounts take my money and this has now been going on for over a month. I call 10 times a day and get passed around different departments because the team can’t be bothered to put me through the right department. Till this day me writing this review still ain’t heard anything and it’s quite concerning I run a business and I’m not trading at the minute because of the account and the funds. It’s quite depressing as I’m struggling to even live because my bussiness is where I generate my income.

Think twice before applying to hsbc or you will regret it

I would like to thank Rafique Muzumder for his excellent support and professionalism throughout my loan application process with HSBC. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the loan for personal reasons, I truly appreciate his time, guidance, and dedication. Outstanding customer service, and I would highly recommend him!
