Barry Coleman was very helpful and went above and beyond to try to complete my order. He had no problem issuing a refund and cancelling my order when the specific item was not available.

This place is full of scammers. Please do not buy from them. They refuse to provide a return label for a product that cost hundreds and intentionally forced a different product to get “stuck” at a FedEx facility that also cost hundreds, by sending it to the wrong address.

Well, the part number I've been looking for for like a month, Alex found it and delivered it on time. In this industry, time is in the essence, so I'm glad he took my rfq and made it real, because it was a little piece but if you don't deliver complete, no matter if its a cable, you lose the project, and Alex makes us win. Thanks a lot.

I had an issue with a UPS unit sent to me. AEONFLY was very responsive to phone calls and emails and was flexible working with me to get unit functional and responded favorably to refund my expenses. Not many internet based store fronts have a phone number and a person to talk to (vs online forms) - but they do, so thank you!

The product was not tested for functionality prior to shipping and arrived not working. I sent it out locally for repairs and was told I could no longer return it, although I did notify the company ahead of time I would be seeing a technician. Otherwise, they were responsive and even reached out to offer me a better product from the original one I had ordered. Overall a mixed experience with this company.

The customer service rep contacted me promptly and is helping me find the correct cable and refunding me for the incorrect cable.

These cats seriously hate negative reviews and will bomb your email and phone. So I am editing this review to get them to stop.

My experience wasn't good. My advice call and verify your SKU if you're thinking of doing business. Do not trust their website at all, be it pricing or stock. All subject to change.

I bought what was listed as a new item. A day later someone called me to tell me it was refurbished and whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I decided to purchase it anyway and did not receive tracking info for several days. Had to call to find out the status of my purchase. In the end I received the item and so far it works fine.

Great customer service with contact before shipping to ensure I was aware of product being new but open boxed. Product was shipped promptly and was as promised. Great experience.
