I love the K845. You cannot have it back. I received a quite response to my inquiry about delivery.

Got here earlier than expected, upgraded my package since what i orderered wasnt on stock, and i really liked the customer service.

Great customer service, got a call notifying me about an item that unfortunately is out of stock + an offer to find me a similar module.

Here is the exact script they use to hold your money hostage:

**The Verified Return Hook:**
You return your item. Their logistics team receives it, verifies it, and a representative (in my case, 'Barry Coleman') sends a reassuring email explicitly promising that your refund was processed and will appear in your account within 24 hours.

**The 24-Hour Bait:**
This email is designed to buy them time and keep you quiet. Once those 24 hours pass, nothing happens. Their system shows absolutely no trace of a pending refund being initiated.

**The Ghost Protocol:**
When you try to follow up, you are met with radio silence or endless loops.

The only reason I received my $224.21 back is because I physically walked into my bank with printed copies of their own email chain and filed a formal merchant fraud/chargeback dispute. The bank checked the backend, saw AeonFly hadn't even attempted to send a refund, and took the money back by force.

It is an absolute embarrassment that a customer has to weaponize their own bank just to get a promised refund. They are currently hitting my inbox asking me to 'rate my experience'—so here it is. 1 star is being incredibly generous. Do not trust their emails, do not trust 'Barry,' and do not give them your business.

Aeonfly has items you can't find anywhere else for great prices. They also provide amazing customer service. I am very happy with my experience.

I made a purchase for a stick of 8GB RGB DDR5 memory on the website which said new and in stock. I get an email about its out of stock and they have a used one, but its the same price as new.... WTF#1. I asked for a discount since Its used and was told no, but they can give one for next purchase WTF#2. I get the stick in the mail and its the non-RGB version...WTF#3. If DDR prices weren't so high I would I went somewhere else as soon as they tried the bait and switch, but I needed that model ram to run duel channel. Well at least the memory works.

Positive note was the shipping was fast once it was sent out.
