I was pleased with the initial response and very impressed with the engineer who attended, he was polite and very efficient,

I was left in a situation in which I urgently needed to reconnect my tv box to another provider but it wasn't straightforward. I contacted aerial and satellite express and they responded excellently. An engineer's appointment was set for this afternoon and the engineer arrived promptly as arranged. The engineer took great care to resolve my problem as quickly as possible and stayed with me until I was confident in using the new set up. A company and service I would not hesitate to recommend in the future.

Same day visit from tradesman to assess and fix the problem with the t.v. reception. Clean and tidy in the house . Labour charge was a bit high but the problem was sorted, so happy with this .

Phoned them up first thing in the morning to tell them that i had a problem with the aerial, arranged a time and they came and sorted the problem straight away with a friendly workman.

Engineer was early, he certainly knows his job, tuned my new TV into all stations and sorted the sound bar out which i was told would not work with a Samsung TV. Also got the DVD player working. He was very polite and helpful answering all my questions. Good Job.

Engineer attended when he said he would, gave quote for job quickly and commenced work immediately. Worked efficiently to wall mount tv, did all necessary adjustments so that tv was working immediately. Very please with job. This was second time I have used this company and would recommend them anytime.

Due to bad interference on our television sets, we contacted Aerial Express. They replied immediately, saying that an engineer would call us the following morning, giving a time slot.
The engineer arrived on time. After finding the problem he set about doing everything necessary to get our televisions back to normal. He was excellent. Never stopping until he sure all was okay. Highly recommended!
