Paid a lot more than I expected too But moved house and wanted tv,s on wall ASAP lads thst did it were top class & very professional Was given a price then But turned out to be more as Aparantly VAT not added on

The engineer who came out to re-site my Sky dish was very pleasant. He arrived within the time-frame given and had the job done in short time. Thank you very much.

We’re late in arriving.had to phone to see if they were coming. Chap helpful but unfortunately still having problems..

I was very pleased with the service I was given. The engineer immediately knew what the problem was and gave excellent advice as to what needed to be done. He completed the job thoroughly and quickly - informing me at each stage what was happening. The engineer also gave us further information on how to further enhance our television signal. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The engineer was a nice chap when he came to price up.
But being lied to as when he would be scheduled to turn up was a big no no.
Two days in a row no show - you get told around 4pm they cannot make it on the day promised.
So I gave them a second chance but they did not respond to my email request. I shopped around and got a quote half the price.
So I do not recommend at all.

Cannot fault response even though engineer was late by over an hr without a courtesy call to say he was running late. Here 7mins and charged £114! I was accused of tampering with the lead from wall socket to TV. I pointed out that the last person to fiddle with it was him when he fitted the satellie dish in December as he couldnt get a picture. I was given a metre of cable which took 2 mins. The rest of time was issuing a payment via 2 phones! I do think the high charge was ridiculous for a metre of cable. I did email to complain but never received a reply. I would not use nor recommend this company. .....

Had answer to my email by phone. Agreed I was over charged and would reimburse me within 7/10 days but it never came. They emailed me to offer me a "good will gesture" to take down my review!!!!!

The engineer turned up on time and kept me fully informed of what he was doing. Unfortunately the problem recurred a couple of weeks later but once again I received a prompt response and all was sorted under the guarantee. Very good service!

Great service from initial phone call to work carried out.
Engineer very helpful and experienced.
Explained everything along the way so as to ensure we understood .
He arrived on time was very respectful of our property and very polite and friendly.
Would have given 5 stars but personally we found them very expensive.

I found that the engineer was knowledgeable and easy to engage with. His services focused on TV reception which included having to replace masthead etc. Job was very well executed.

Charged £90 for 5 minutes work
Supplied nothing except knowledge
Engineer was a nice guy and knew what he was doing
I reckon the job was worth £50 maximum
I would never use the company again
Expensive mistake by me due to circumstances at the time

I called before 5pm and the engineer was with us the next morning very polite and professional worker all done New Ariel up and working in no time would recommend to anyone

The engineer came out the same day and fixed the new aerial and made sure all channels were working. Spent a bit of time to be certain everything was working.

Ryan was friendly,efficient and quoted a very reasonable price. He explained what was needed and completed the job and once completed told me how to use. Extremely satisfied with his professionalism.

Amazing same day service. The lovely guy, Alma Dube, who came out spent a long time sorting out various issues including taking down old satellite dish and replacing with new one. This in the cold and dark. Cannot praise enough!

Excellent service with the engineer who attended, he was punctual, attentive to our needs and worked quickly and efficiently, cleared up after himself and set up the aerial and our free set box. Very pleased.

Engineer came out to help me resolve a problem with my loss of programs with my television and found that I had to keep my aerial booster on at all times and that should solve my problem.
