a reliable aerial
I made contact with Michael in November. He came and added a booster to my aerial, although he warned that it may not be enough; he recommended a replacement for the aerial.
On 6 January I called him back as the booster had not improved the reception and he came the following day and installed a new aerial. I am very pleased with result.

TIMEWASTERS
TIMEWASTERS! Called Sunday and was advised an engineer would be out Monday a.m. and would call between 8-9am to confirm time slot. Received no engineer call by 10am so called back and was advised I was still in for a.m call and engineer would be in touch shortly. By 12.30pm, still no call so phoned again and this time was put through to engineer called Paul. He said he was under pressure as someone had called in sick, but would juggle things his end and get to me by 2pm. Still no engineer visit by 3.15pm so called back and yet again advised an engineer would be with me and would call me back. An engineer did eventually call (said his name was Paul but was insistent he hadn’t spoke with me earlier that day, so they either have two engineers called Paul or someone’s lying) Not only was he rude, but the price given previously seemed to have doubled! I thanked him for wasting my time and told him to forget it. Called another company who were a joy to deal with, arrived when they said they would and fixed the aerial for half the cost of the second quote given by ‘Paul’ @ Aerial Express and Satellite. Despite what they claim, my experience of Aerial Express and Satellite is that they DO NOT TURN UP ON TIME AND CAN MOST DEFINITELY BE BEATEN ON PRICE! My advice is steer clear of these cowboys
***UPDATE*** just received a reply…on 23/6/26!!…over 18 months after my email slating them for not turning up in December 24! 🤯 Steer well clear people, they are definitely not a company you want to be dealing with

Time wasters
I telephoned on Monday to make a booking, I was advised that I would be called Tuesday morning to confirm a time, had a call midday Tuesday to say not available today, would call on Wednesday to give to let me know what time they would arrive in the afternoon, nobody arrived, they made another appointment for Thursday morning, I telephoned them at 13.30 and was told someone would come back to me, nobody did, I have just telephoned them again and was told it's too late today we can phone you tomorrow with an appointment for Friday, to which I replied don't bother.
Is five days waiting for a fitter to do a thirty minute job what you classify as EXPRESS.
Your company is a joke.

Very quick response
Colin arrived promptly, and worked well. He installed a new aerial, and sorted the dish. He explained everything, and was very polite. However, maybe this firm is a wee bit pricey!

Same day call out, which is what I required.
The repair man attended to my home I asked him to check & remove the reflector plate on the aerial, which he did, he also checked the aerial & fittings.

Fast efficient trouble free service.
Our aerial equipment went down on a Friday afternoon, and we despaired of finding a contractor who could call that weekend. But this company were able to fit us in on the Saturday. The engineer arrived within the arranged time window, carried the required parts, and completed the repair that visit. He was courteous and efficient, and processed the payment at the time.

I've needed a new arial fitted
I've needed a new arial fitted for some time now.
I have put this off due to silly quotes from other companies.
I am very pleased with the work carried out and all the communication I had every thing explained to me before I made my choice.

Excellent and speedy service
Excellent and speedy service - called in morning and engineer onsite just after lunch. Problem diagnosed quickly and resolved within half an hour. Engineer re tuned system and ensured all working before leaving.
Cost (somewhat on the high side!) was agreed before repair progressed.
Overall impressive service.

New aerial
I called Home Services and told them that I needed a new aerial as I no longer wanted to continue with Sky. I was told that they would call me in the morning. They called and were at my house by 10.30 a.m. Colin was polite and informative and gave me options in a way that was easy to understand. On giving him the go ahead, he carried out the installation in a professional manner. There was some debris from drilling the wall but he cleaned everything up. All in all a very good service and I would happily recommend him to others.
