Sent an online request in the morning, received a response by phone a short time later and the aerial was fitted in the afternoon restoring my service to what it should have been. The engineer was well presented, friendly and knowledgeable.
Carried out the installation in jig time left no mess when he left.
Easily and without hesitation a five star rating!

Phoned in the morning and someone came out the same day. Very pleased with the service, and glad to have the new aerial fitted and the television now working upstairs.

First of all get the negative out of the way 😉 - I thought I was dealing with a local company, it was a local telephone dialling code, and I prefer to give business out locally. I realise now that this was not the case.
That said the service received was excellent, both from the office side of things and the engineer himself.
They promised a free site survey with no obligation.
My elderly mother in law, housebound and very ill, could not work her Sky TV and we just needed a straightforward TV aerial so she could get all the terrestrial channels and make life simpler for her.
Brett, the engineer, phoned me several times to update me on his arrival time and duly arrived as promised. He was friendly, efficient and professional and respectful and considerate to my ma-in-law.
Brett checked the existing aerial, which was fine and merely needed a booster, and a new PSU in the house as old one not working. £110 all in.
I have no hesitation in recommending Brett and the company. Very happy and my ma-in-law can use her telly with just one remote so she's happy too!

Absolutely rubbish. I phoned and booked a week prior to my appointment. Was told I'd be visited between 14.00 and 17.00 and the engineer would contact me 30 minutes prior to the visit. I get a phone call at 16.55 stating the engineer was delayed at the previous appointment, "but we will get an engineer to you tomorrow, guaranteed."
I call at 14.45 today to be told "someone tried to call you this morning." I had no missed calls from this company so I know that's not true.
"Our engineer called in sick this morning. We can get an engineer to you on monday." I'd booked it for the Friday as I work 9-6 most days and deliberately took the Friday afternoon off for this, and then had to reschedule everything for the Saturday! I told them it was poor service and I won't be rebooking. Don't bother with them!!

Absolutely brilliant service today. Paul did an amazing job , TV on wall, not a wire in sight , neat cable cover to socket. Clean tidy worker.
Thought the quote was a bit more expensive than I seen elsewhere at first and paid before , but you get what you pay for, I had cheaper one before plastic visible etc. perfect smooth finish , worth the bit extra for the standard of work.

Excellent service. Engineer (Jay) attended within 24hrs. Looked at the job, quoted a reasonable price and offered to fit while he was here. Polite and professional throughout. Recommended.

I found these to be very professional and courteous.The engineer just made the time promised but he office phoned me 10mins prior to check if he had arrived who assured me he was coming and wouldn't be much longer which he wasn't, good customer care.The engineer explained and backed up his diagnoses so when the remedial works was suggested i felt it was warranted and justified. Thought the job was a bit pricey but I don't know costs for new replacement parts and labour charges. Overall job completed very quickly by polite and competent gentleman. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Steve arrived within 24 hrs of the initial enquiry, presented my options of aerial or sat dish with prices and carried out installation of my dish there and then. The dish was neatly installed and Steve checked the signal was optimum.

Amazing friendly and helpful engineer... very reasonable prices and prompt service from start to finish.

Second time ive used this company, was given a time for repair, was contacted by the engineer and he turned up when promised. Spoke through the options and costs and carried out the agreed works in a professional manner. Engineer provided a receipt before leaving, job well done.

I was not at home when the man called to see to our problem, we were not receiving terrestial tv channels. He went onto the garage roof to see that the receiver was corroded, replaced it, tuned the tv in, was here all of 24 minutes and ripped us off to the tune of £185, didn't mention that VAT was on top which totalled £198. No receipt was given, I was told one would be sent in the post. We later discovered the receiver can be bought for £20-£30, but neither of us, in our 70's are able to do the job ourselves. My wife phoned to discuss with customer services manager on two occasions and was told that person only worked Saturdays, I am still waiting for a call back 2 months later. Their ad is misleading in that it implies the engineer is local to each area covered, head office is in Glasgow, we are in Folkestone, the engineer came from Dartford.

Phoned this company for quote.Paul Randall arrived and fussed about losing my signal completely.I had advised that I wanted a new dish on roof 3 floors had been told no problem.In my building there is communal dish he damaged causing complete loss of signal.He demanded £85 from my wife for absolutely no work this she paid under duress.Company offers free visit free survey & free estimate.We had no trust payment was genuine.

My elderly parents Freesat stopped working in Jan and I found Aerial Express online, and it looked like a local company. On 24 Jan my mother made the call (01344 area) and sure enough, a technician was at the house the same day. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly (a cracked dish on the back wall - it was 15 years old) and had the dish replaced along with the LNB in less than 45 minutes from arriving. All good so far.

He then charged them £426.00. He ‘wasn’t able’ to provide a receipt. He said he would forward one about a week later.

My parents are both well into their 80s. My mum has terminal cancer and my dad has dementia. My mother isn’t aware of the going price for work like this, but I am. £150 to £200 for an installation from scratch is about right so £426 for a simple dish replacement is simply a rip-off. The technician was 'Ricky' and a Ricky is mentioned in another negative review here. Not saying its the same guy but...

It took a month or so, and advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau (they were excellent), and eventually got £200 begrudgingly refunded. At £226 this is still over priced for a simple dish swap. This looks like the fitter saw an opportunity to exploit some vulnerable people and the company backed him up. That's not right.

Avoid this company. They are not 'local' to anywhere - offices and customer helpline in Scotland, and it appears they then allocate a local company to do the work.

Aerial and Satellite Express recently fitted an aerial for me. They arrived on time and worked carefully and efficiently, and then checked that everything was working as it should be. Very professional and thorough!

Recently changed broadband etc provider for elderly mother. She was left with no freeview channels and limited service. Contacted this company this morning, as no call out charge, and an engineer attended within the hour. Engineer was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem and gave a solution very quickly. My only issue is that in total the engineer was here no more than 20 minutes, He fitted an aerial, head height and connected it to an outside fitment already in situ. The TV was then tuned. This installation took about five minutes and cost £280. As my mother had been without TV for a couple of days we paid this price. However, if it was for myself I would have shopped around. I’ve spoken to an engineer through work contacts and he also stated this cost was excessive for work carried out. I have since had a reply from the company on Trustpilot who obviously just use a standard reply as no comment made on the issue of the cost.

Phoned Thursday night to report a loss of signal on many channels. Friday afternoon a new Ariel installed no fuss all done in 20 mins. Well recommended
