Suk. Købte en taske; den lignede en million. Den var bestemt IKKE billig. Efter et årstid begyndte taskens indersider, at smuldre/ falde af i flager ogi bunden. Kunne først ikke forstå, hvad det var. Siden kunne jeg skrabe indersidens øverste lag af. Med en negl.
DÅRLIG kvalitet. Føler mig snydt.

Trustpilot, you really need to stop with removing my reviews and thinking it’s fake when it’s not. Isn’t the whole point of your platform for users to share their true experiences with various businesses? You should really improve your bots and its inaccuracy in doing its job. I see another reviewer ordering their Aesther Ekme item from SSENSE and that wasn’t flagged. Why was mine flagged? I swear, Trustpilot thinks any positive reviews are spam. Since you’re removing it, I’m reposting:

While I didn’t purchase my very first Aesther Ekme bag directly from them and thus cannot speak on their customer service experience, although I did purchase mine from Saks recently and felt I made the right choice. You see, I’ve been scouring high and low for a tote bag that wasn’t too big or small and had the right drop. 99% of the bags I’ve seen online have been gigantic totes with a short drop and simply put, that wasn’t what I was looking for. Then enter in Aesther Ekme’s Sac bucket bag. I instantly fell in love with it and after much digging on the various color options offered as well as how it looked on the models, I went ahead and pulled the trigger on my first purchase. From Saks it arrived relatively quick and was packaged well. Since I purchased it on sale, I didn’t expect this brand to have the utmost quality in leather yet expected something decent - and I was right. For the amount paid, the look of the bag, where it was made and the quality - I felt it was up to par. Also, the leather was more stiff yet smooth but definitely held up well in its construction. I also dig the magnetic clasp which was exactly what I needed as I despise open-ended bags where my possessions could easily fall out. This, of course, wouldn’t be a Chanel bag that I bring out occasionally but rather a suitable bag for daily uses and my Aesther Ekme would be ideal for that. I’m truly glad I ordered mine and from Saks due to their trustworthiness and standard return policy. In this case, there’ll be no need for a return as this is surely a keeper!

Bought a bag at a sample sale in Copenhagen 1,5 month ago. They refused to give me a receipt afterwards and their customer service is ignoring my e-mails regarding the receipt. It is literally illegal to refuse giving receipts to customers at sample sales. That way they took away my right to make a claim in the future regarding the bag.

Bought a bag from this company through SSENSE. Thankfully I got it at half price because the steep price doesn’t match the quality. Decent craftsmanship but not great. Very mediocre.
