Aesthetic Urns  Reviews

Good communication from the owner. The urn is really nice and arrived when he said it would. Thank you

What a beautiful piece. I will treasure for ever. So special to find something that means something. A little broken with a beautiful heart. Then to get a call to see if i was happy with my purchase. Could not recommend more. Great product great service.

The communication from the seller was great and kept me updated on delivery also.
Very pleased with the product.

We recently purchased a beautifully crafted cremation urn from Aesthetic Urns, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. The urn we selected is a unique, spherical design that truly stands out. Its elegant round shape is nothing like the traditional urns associated with cremations, making it a perfect piece to display on our mantelpiece.

Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to some previous reviews mentioning concerns about quality. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of this urn is superb. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the design is both modern and tasteful.

The urn arrived just three days after we placed our order, which was impressive. The communication with the seller was excellent as well. He provided us with all the necessary dimensions and even suggested this particular design, which we found to be quite unique and difficult to find elsewhere.

We highly recommend Aesthetic Urns for anyone looking for a distinctive and high-quality urn. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the overall.

Great service from start to finish. Arrived when said it would and the Urn ⚱️ is beautiful 😍

I brought an Urn from here sadly after my partner passed away. The urn arrived with a big scratch in the centre so I processed a refund on it. The seller contacted me regarding the refund I explained I can’t have it in damaged condition so he agreed to do a refund. Too take some stress away from me my family ordered the same urn and we was hoping it would arrive in good condition however this one had a chip inside the lid rim making it very hard to open and close it also had some small scratches on the neck of the urn so we asked for another refund the seller called me again and not the person who brought it for me he was unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal with he made me feel as though I was lying about the urn which I told him I had no reason too as the funeral was days away so I needed it urgently he then went onto say he wouldn’t sell us another which was fine be me cause who wants to put their loved ones in something that’s damaged due to unwanted stress the seller gave me I’ve just kept the urn because I didn’t want to be dealing with this when I’ve already got enough on my plate. Just a real horrible experience during a difficult time.

Prompt despatch
Very well packed
Lovely urn. Perfect for a lovely wife. 😥

I was attracted by an item in sale, when I contacted the proprietor I received professional and kind advice and help.

Staff were amazing, really put my mind at ease. I was able to change the delivery date with no problems. When the urn arrived the packaging was unbelievable. So much care was taken when this was packed and oh my goodness I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. It actually moved me to tears. I am so so glad that my daughter found this website. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants something really special for their loved ones so thank you Aesthetic Urns Ltd you are incredible

It is the most beautiful thing - a real piece of artwork.

The transaction was seamless. I ordered my husbands beautiful ceramic urn a couple of days ago and it is already with me, double boxed up for protection.

Highly recommended!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beautiful urn I bought looks even better in real life than it does on the website. It is of great quality and was delivered very quickly. It was protected well for transportation, with plenty of bubble wrap and in a box within another box that also had robust bubble wrap. I had a query previous to the delivery, so called the mobile number provided and the seller was responsive and informative. Great experience with this company.

There was such a huge brilliant VARIETY of urns which was so nice , I chose my urn big enough for myself and my darling Pickle (dog) ashes to be added with mine because I always told her “ Pickle and daddy forever and ever bless her heart, I bought it online, it arrived bang on time that it was supposed to, the man in charge is a decent gentleman so I would definitely recommend you having a look , I’m as happy as i hoped I’d be ❤️👏

What a beautiful Urn. So pleased. Great website, easy to order and fast delivery.
