I ordered 100 upholstery snaps, but the order arrived with the wrong snaps and the quantity was short at only 98 pieces. When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a full refund despite sending an incorrect and incomplete order. What was most disappointing was that instead of simply resolving a minor issue involving inexpensive button snaps, they chose to accuse me of lying. That kind of response says a lot about how they handle customer concerns. My experience was unnecessarily negative, and I found a troubling side to their business practices in the way they dealt with a straightforward mistake.
