AFTERSHOCK PC Reviews

Had what I was after and thought it was a good deal. Running flawlessly

My Zeal lvl 7 mini pro runs really well, loving it alot!
However i do notice the rgb lights flicker to different colours and i did have tk reseat my GPU, apart from that..everything is perfect!

Reasonable prices, good website and fast turnaround ☺️

Absolutely awesome. Very helpful and understanding, and it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a customer support agent. Well done guys, keep it up

definitely recommend ordering from here !! the build was great and came at the expected time!! the customer service was great as i needed some assistance and Brad helped me out !!! He was very kind and solved the problem quickly !! 10/10

fast delivery time, love the pc

Easy & helpful process to configure computer with quality components at fair, competitive value supported by a defined plan to delivery with regular updates on completion & delivery just before the agreed date. Telephone calls were answered with outcomes reached & no fuss, no drama. A great business & team.

My experience with aftershock so far has been excellent, it arrived two days after I ordered it and when I had to contact customer service for a mistake I made on the order form they were super helpful and enthusiastic. I’ve had the PC for a week now and have had no issues and feel confident that if I did Aftershock would be ready and able to help.

Great communication. Will happily refer to collegues.

Excellent experience with Aftershock. Harley helped me greatly on the retail side. Deepak from customer support and his servicing team were extremely graceful in solving my issue. Highly recommended team overall.

the people are wonderful, but the site was not easy for me to understand, seems I missed ticked a box and had to get the OS separately

Build is absolutely what I requested, no issues or errors so far, Windows 11 license activated properly and all software installed, thankyou very much :) :) :)

Gerard was very responsive and helpful in resolving an issue I had setting up my new PC.

The computer arrived quickly and everything was well paxded and secured. Then the set up was easy. The cable ma agement is top notch overall well done.

Amazing and incredibly fast. Estimated time was 15-20 days for a preorder system. Got constant clear updates and arrive in 7 days. System also had great cable management and was super easy to set up. Can't recommend more!

I am so incredibly happy about my order, as someone who’s always wanted a PC but has never been able to buy one this takes the cake. I ordered this PC as a pre-order and was expected to have it arrive between 15-20 days however I was shocked when I got the notification of it being prepared for shipping not even a. week after ordering. My order arrived in perfect condition and works like a charm. Thankyou AfterShock Team.

Overall great experience, arrived with the heat sink for my M.2 fallen out but reached out to support and they quickly gave great instructions to fix it. Build is great quality. Had a few issues when going to order with part availability and the sales rep didn’t really seem to care about being out of parts and kinda just made me feel like it was my problem, however they did end up helping me build a new PC at a slightly higher cost and threw in a mouse pad which i very much appreciated.

Amazing communication
PC selection is easy and priced well
I highly recommend Aftershock
I’ve bought 2 PC’s from them now and I wouldn’t buy from anyone else

Having the ability to freely tweak and swap just about everything about my system was great and the assembly team accommodated for my changes beautifully. My PC was ready out the box, well packaged, and evidently built with care.

Easy to understand the product you are buying.
This is coming from an inexperienced PC user :)

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Super fast delivery with easy tracking
