Having issue with my computer and Mirza is very helpful. He/she responded to my issue and provide assistance for me to self help but to no avail. However, he/she even response to me and help me to submit a ticket for collection for the repair even on a Sunday afternoon and follow up till all are in order. Very good after sales service from AfterShock.

Mirza had been very responsive towards my enquiries.

Had some questions to ask regarding the product and compatibility. The staff, Mirza answered the queries even during the off day (Sunday)!

My order was delayed very briefly and may have been due to a shortage of the GPU that was in the ready to ship model I bought. So it was upgraded at no extra cost or Aftershock even wanting credit. The PC is a solid build with quality parts. I had no idea it was shipping from Singapore when purchased, but that was no problem and if service support was required they do have their shop in Melbourne.

Zhaf have been very helpful with my questions and such and provide a wonderful experience, many thanks!

Hilmi was very helpful and informative :-)

Overall the product quality and build from Aftershock is impressive and impeccable.

And also, their representative Zhaf is very helpful and accommodating.

Sales support representative Mr Hilmi has been awesome, I requested my new pc which I’ve ordered from aftershock fo it’s SSD to be upgraded from 1TB to 2TB. He was efficient and made the process very straightforward and quick
