Despite the other customer reviews . We cannot find anything to praise about the business . From the poor quality products . To the constant denial to accept any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. Constantly delayed delivery. That is IF you can actualy speak to someone ! . They have only one focus . Profit at all cost !

Sadly this is a mixed review we purchased a Rayburn 680 cooker just over 5 years ago and have had nothing but problems right from the very start (in fact even before delivery due to lack of communication with our local supplier) it has mal functioned on a regular basis every year and has had many many replacement parts fitted. We have been regularly left with either no heating or cooking facilities (or both) on a regular basis, I think we have had about 4 or 5 computer systems. The latest problem happened last November when we were left with no cooking facilities on the Rayburn until the end of January this year. The service has been pitifully slow, communication extremely poor and parts that we had been advised were ordered were not.
However In June this year we started to deal with Helen at Head Office and Ian the senior engineer they have both been absolutely fantastic and have actually got things done properly, we hope that our problems are finally sorted out now but if we do have any further trouble we would be very happy to deal with them, they really know what they are doing and how to treat customers.

I can’t rate the customer service high enough! When an issue came up with our cooker with a different company, Sharon went above and beyond to help us get our order sorted, and did so quickly and efficiently. We are incredibly happy with the rangemaster, and would 100% recommend and use this company again.

Bought an expensive oven which was delivered (begrudgingly) today. Whilst the oven looks fine (so far, as yet to be installed), the delivery experience was awful. Would not recommend this company purely based on the courier company they use - I think they thought they were doing me a huge favour by even attempting the delivery. Really disappointed with their choice of couriers.

Awful experience so far.
We purchased a Falcon cooker through rangecookers.co.uk, which was installed in late March 2026. Upon inspection immediately after installation, we discovered that the cooker had been damaged during transit and/or installation. The issue was reported the same day.
Since then, we have been in regular contact with both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster, yet months later we are still waiting for the necessary spare parts to complete the repair. We have received several assurances and updates along the way, leaving us hopeful that the issue would finally be resolved.
Today, after eagerly anticipating the engineer's visit and waiting for over four hours, we were informed that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The engineer had been significantly delayed and, to make matters worse, not all the required parts were available to complete the repair.
The cooker itself appears to be a great product, but the after-sales service and communication from both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster have been extremely disappointing. A straightforward warranty repair should not take several months to resolve. Both companies need to seriously review their customer service and support processes.

Shockingly slow service. Each email takes about 10 days to be replied to. After a month's delay, I was sent new cartridges for a tap. On unscrewing the cartridges, the brass bushes came out with the cartridges. I phoned Aga Rangemaster and was told that the bushes are not stocked and that I should soak the cartridge and bush in a solution of white vinegar and water to remove any limescale and hopefully separate the cartridge from the bush. This hasn't worked. I can't get the cartridges out of the bushes, you don't stock the bushes, so please just replace the entire tap.

Do not buy this oven! From the word go we had issues with this oven ranging from simple things such as logo peeling off, timer 'sticking' and a loose handle, to issues with lighting the grill and the thermo coupling burning out several times, causing the cooker to stop working during cooking. This meant a wait of several weeks for an engineer from Pacifica to come out to fix it. I continually suggested the oven was faulty and bordering on dangerous, but this was ignored. Then, during an extended warranty given to us for the inconvenience, the oven stopped working again. We were given an 'uplift code' for a full refund which Argos (who we purchased it from) refused to honour-instead working out (pro rata) that over the five years we owned the cooker we could have £116-at this point we hadn't been able to use it for 2 months. Customer service ranged from being useless to helpful to not interested. Save your money and buy a different brand.

We inherited an old Aga in the house we had just bought.
The badge paint had melted, so I contacted Aga Rangemaster and they very promptly sent me a replacement badge and within a few days of ordering it, it now is on the oven and looks fantastic.
Helen at customer relations was excellent and kept me informed of every step including after delivery- first class service and would recommend Helen and Aga Rangemaster.

A very shoddy piece of kit. The doors and handles are falling off. It trips my electricity when I try to turn on the grill. Prior to this I had Siemens which was impeccable. This is a ten year+ review, but this very expensive range was falling apart from day one. Maybe they had a bad year when I bought it....

We've just had our new Rangemaster cooker delivered and installed... Mark and Paul were excellent and explained everything I need to know to use the new cooker. Nothing was to much of a problem. Excellent service, thank you.

Had corrosion on my kitchen Belfast sink bridge tap, cannot buy just the spout (all I needed) initially my claim was rejected as a dated photo during installation was not enough. Eventually found the original invoice and a new complete tap has been sent to me. Special thanks to Ben in customer care who kept trying for me and eventually my tap arrived today.

I bought a built-in oven and it is excellent to be honest the customer service it is the best the help me through in the next few days I received my built in oven the delivery it was in time the Rangemaster built-in oven is fitted and it works perfectly and I bought another one because I like it excellent customer service and very happy

I have been trying to identify my lovely Rangemaster AGA online for weeks (to buy a part it needs). Model number has been cleaned off! In desparation emailed Rangemaster. Within half an hour Charley got back to me to say it's not one of theirs, it's a Leisure! He had gone online for me and found my model and provided all the info. So kind and thoughtful. Service like this makes you keen to purchase from this company! Thanks again Charley.

Sink bought from this company is awful. Chrome peeling off. Avoid buying!!!!!
