The delivery date was postponed twice (I was told due to component supply issues) but now its here, we are delighted with the quality and design of the oven. Simon and Paul (delivery and installation team) were really great; polite, friendly and efficient.

Duck Egg Aga ER7 150
We are new to Aga cooking and have always wanted an Aga so decided when our kitchen needed replacing this was the right time. We visited Aga - Kidderminster and was greeted by Roger . He was very helpful when wanting advice with which Aga to go with. We decided to go with the ER7 150 on Duck Egg. From placing the order right through to delivery their customer service was 100% and were very accommodating when we had a delay with having our new floor tiles fitted Linda changed our delivery date with no issues
Delivery day - the communication between Lak & us was amazing. Lak & Mark were friendly professional knowledgeable. Lak gave us some great tips and left his mobile number if we had any questions or issues in the future.
We can’t wait to start cooking with our new Aga

Lak and Mark did a fantastic job in fitting my rangemaster. They were courteous and knowledgeable making everyone feel relaxed after what has been a stressful period. They arrived prompt and made everything a really exciting and pleasant experience. He even joked at the start saying they had a red rangemaster on the van. (I ordered black). After a bad experience with fed ex this last week I was nearly in tears thinking nothing else can go wrong!!

The new Aga is so much advanced over our old one. The quality is as before unbeatable with new advances in saving power thus saving money.
The removal and replacement crew were the very best for handling very heavy products and completed the exchange in two hours exactly. A very good 10/10 British company.

Despite a call to replace my simmering…
Despite a call to replace my simmering oven and roasting oven with new tunnels on a 2 year old ER7 I was left with 2 scratched tunnels only to be told they fitted perfectly correctly. £16000 pounds to. To be told that is disgusting . I await a resolve
