Our oven arrived with a terrible noise when the fan came on. It took Pacifica (Stoves maintenance supplier) 4 attempts to fix it, after order wrong parts and due to engineer sickness. When the engineer eventually turned up, he damaged the oven and left us with two broken hobs. Still waiting on the repair, so we have a brand new oven that only half works. Terrible customer service.

I highly recommend you not buying one bought one on the 13.9.25 and I've had nothing but trouble fine for 1st few months then Christmas day cooking dinner after 2 hours of cooking shorted out tripped the electric then Jane the main oven child lock came on someone come to mend that then it kept tripping the electric after like hour and 15 minutes of cooking came again to mend faulty heating element then cooking last Saturday 11th April after few hours using the hob the child lock comes on again have to wait for the to mend it again not happy at all not shore what's going to happen after the warranty runs out on it as they fix it in under warranty
The worst purchase I've ever made
We bought a Stoves cooker with an induction hob in 2022. After a second failure, the hob was replaced under warranty in 2023. Since then the replacement hob has had several bouts of error message in which we lost half-cooked dinners, and a week ago a new error message, different from the previous ones, which has refused to go away and so have had no functioning hob for a week. I rang Pacifica who handle repairs for Stoves, six days ago. They want £179 to come and look at the fault - the parts are still under guarantee but there's a call-out charge. I asked for the email address of Stoves which Pacifica wouldn't give me. They said they'd forward a message to Stoves and that I could expect a response within 2 or 3 days.That message was sent last Friday - and six days later, still no response. This morning, I sent an email to Stoves customer service asking for a response by this evening and haven't received so much as an acknowledgement. My view is that the induction hob is fault prone, and I don't want to throw good money after bad. I give Stoves 0/10 for reliability and 0/10 for service- no response this time and when they brought a replacement hob in 2023, the engineer took the faulty hob out, opened the parcel he'd brought with him and announced that it was the wrong part. (He also suggested that I use baby oil to get the knob plate to hold fast to the cooker! Subsequently, I discovered that it was suppled with a missing spring.) Unless Stoves agree tomorrow to come and look at the fault without asking for £179, I'm going to cut my losses. This is the worst purchase I've ever made. £1,100 down the drain. I'll let you know if Stoves get in touch - watch this space.
