Me again.
In July 26 the Induction hob started making a horrible screeching noise and a very nice gentleman came and fitted a new one. Thank you.
This time there was a symbol Loc on the clock board and the main oven wouldn’t work. Having got a panic about it I spoke to a gentleman called Chris on the phone who told me to keep my finger on the central clock icon for a few Mississippi seconds (ie longer than you think ) and hey presto it worked. Thank you Donna for swiftly dealing with my written complaint and getting Chris to ring me.
I have to say Pacifica have been excellent although I am disappointed I have had to have quite so much contact with them!
Let’s hope my lovely Richmond has all settled down again.

Bought a very expensive stoves richmond deluxe induction oven less than four years ago - since purchase we have had to replace the bezels as transfers have come off so you can’t read what they say - then we replaced the element on the grill and over the last 12 months all of the cream finish around the door handles and grill door has started to rust making the oven look unsightly - pretty shocking quality for such an expensive item - no come back as it’s out of warranty- must have been built to only last five years !! Will never buy another stoves product again - BUY STOVES OVENS AT YOUR PERIL

Spoke to Andrew this morning whom I found very approachable and people friendly, he promptly arranged an engineer to come out to my range oven this week. This was the first time in over 12 years of having the policy I have had to ring about the oven. Great result!
Only negative was the noise in the back ground from other call handlers speaking on calls, making my call difficult to hear what he was saying at times as he did have to repeat a few times.

Great service. I had experience of repairs a few times and I'm super happy with the service. Easy to book a repair and get the job done.

Great customer service so far. Spoke to Norman McArthur who was very helpful about my oven cooling fan running on for too long. He dealt with my query quickly & efficiently and booked an engineer straight away.
I’m really reassured that the issue will be sorted as effectively.
