Fantastic customer service - had an issue with the plug on my Rangemaster sink no longer sealing the water in so contacted Rangemaster. Alex was brilliant in helping me as I had no receipts from the kitchen fitters, worktop installers or the plumbers that worked on my kitchen back in 2017, he sorted me out with a couple of replacements as I couldn't find a retailer online that had the right fitting (square plug) Thanks Alex, great to see good customer service is still a thing these days.

Skip and Zen turned up on time and worked together very efficiently to remove our old range cooker and install our new Aga Rangemaster. They were very personable and tidy workers. We were delighted with the service they provided.

Delivery came on time . Men were efficient when delivering the Aga

I emailed for advice on July 23rd but did not receive a response so phoned Technical Support on 31st July
I was given some information but asked if a more technical response could be emailed across
I haven’t received that yet and am disappointed

We have had a terrible experience. We bought our Aga earlier this year. Firstly we had to cancel the purchase completely because we could not have a later delivery date than the last one offered. We have had to have a faulty induction top replaced. The nob on the top plate is currently broken and waiting repair now too so we can’t use that now. After adding a hood to our Aga the delivery date was canceled last minute after me taking a days annual leave to be in to receive it, then on the actual delivery date specified it never turned up. The day after which was my actual day off work, it turned up in a random van with just one man who told me he couldn’t get it off the van because it was too heavy, To add I noticed before it even came off the van the box was heavily damaged. I persuaded work men working on my neighbors house to help him get it off his van and up to my house and he left. Luckily it was not damaged but the delivery was terrible and very expensive too…… sadly we are very disappointed!

Lak and Nelson delivered our new Rayburn Heatranger with cheerful professionalism, care and expert manoeuvrings, always mindful of our garden and property. Thank you both.
They had arrived on time and also removed the old Rayburn. Excellent service.

Two missed scheduled deliveries no comunnication regarding the second missed date, one person staying in all day but no delivery, wasting our time. Two emails saying the item was successfully delivered, which it was not, its still not delivered. Poor communications, I still have no confirmation of when the item will be delivered. Can't contact anyone unless you stay on the phone waiting for an hour. All round very unsatisfactory

We bought a 30amp electric AGA 38 years ago. It has since been completely updated electrically. The cooker was problematic initially with elements constantly failing. On one occasion we were without the AGA for 6 weeks. AGA then changed element supplier and the cooker worked faultlessly thereafter for many years.

BUT . .. In the past 10 years dealing with AGA has become a nightmare. Gone are the days when you could rely on the company for good service. They got rid of all their AGA engineers so it was up to the customer to hunt around to find someone - something I spent weeks doing. Basically, once a cooker is out of warranty the customer is on their own.

Over the last 10 or more years, 30amp AGA engineers have disappeared. We live in Leicestershire and finding someone to do the annual service became a nightmare. One man came from Skegness, another from Derby and the last from Sheffield. We are now unable to find anyone to look after our cooker (which is our only form of cooking).

Our cooker is in perfect working order and in immaculate condition for its age. Because of AGA's lack of support, we have been forced to get rid of our beloved AGA and are now installing an Everhot cooker - made in Gloucestershire and with brilliant customer service. The whole exercise is costing £17,000 and our AGA will be scrapped because it has no resale value.

Our message to all those considering buying an AGA - do thorough research before committing to what might, further down the line, become a "white elephant".

Shame on you, AGA management, for diminishing what was a brilliant heritage British brand.

But find the telescopic shelves in the multi functional oven a nightmare, totally impractical for a cook who likes to change positions of shelves while cooking in progress .

Rayburn delivered our stove this morning on time, as arranged, by two very professional men Lak and Mark. They were polite, obviously experienced at their job in the way they were able to manoeuvre the stove through an awkward doorway and behaved in a genuinely friendly manner. We are very pleased with their excellent service. Thank you.

The delightful Lak and Mark duo removed our existing Aga in preparation for our exciting new arrival. Very professional, well planned and executed. We don't have a straightforward house for deliveries, but nothing was a problem.

Very easy to get a new Aga badge with one phone call although I had to ring back for the clips so not sure if they were forgotten or I needed to specifically ask. It was very easy and quick to fit and the Aga looks brand new again now. Very pleased
