I've been passed around like a parcel, from different agencies trying to gather information regarding respite care for my grandmother, by chance I filled out an online request form, I was rung back within 3 minutes, the staff listened to my requests and concerns, and I got more information and help in 20 minutes than I did from six hours and six phone calls the day before from other aspects of age care, so thank you very much,

the operator listened and was sympathetic to our problems and needs and was very informative

Couldnt even spell the Russian name correctly when spelled our several times... Recommended place not in the area needed ... useless!

What an amazing service this is!
Aa a newbie in the system, I was having A LOT of difficulties finding a company to assist me with cleaning, lawn care etc.
After one phone conversation, I had a list of 5 possible complaints to go to and after support care second to none!
