Ree called me back in response to my online enquiry in about 5 - 10 minutes. Ree took my initial requirements and background information and then referred me to Angel, a placement specialist who asked some more care related questions. Angel then emailed 2 shortlisted providers located in the Brisbane area. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Both ladies were polite, friendly and professional.
