Once a month phone call to say 'nothing available'. No other communication,maybe it was an AI bot called Angel. Never return calls. Case person always on another call.

I was told it would be a short call…
I was told it would be a short set of questions and then a quick call put through to another person. It was a call which went on for over an hour of questions.
The people did not know Adelaide and don't know that North and South shall never cross paths.
Don't recommend north eastern outer suburbs to someone who lives South of Adelaide City. Most people will chuckle and say no to that match. Why were 4/5 matches the same brand Aged Care Home Group?
Seems a little lop sided to me.
