Respite/Permanent Resident Care
Zoe was so understanding and explaining the options in detail, never once rushed and made sure the end choice was best for the needs and care. Answered all concerns with recommendations best fulfilled the needs. Made sure it was clear what was to be expected and if the residence was a place to stay long term arrangements were possible for permanent residence. Zoe also reaffirmed to a follow up call to make sure all went well with further help provided if needed. Very surprised to the extend Zoe went to make sure that all went well. Another thing, not once we were rushed during our conversation, knowing fully well how busy Zoe was with queries for residence.

A little too quick but we will get there in the end
I was very happy speaking to Lorelle about my Mum's needs. Lorelle listened and was very kind and patient putting together some options for me to consider.
What I didn't expect and was not told about was that I would be bombarded by calls from facilities almost immediately all wanting to basically get Mum's business, before I even had a chance to look at the all the options that Lorelle sent me.
I am now slowly going through the process of finding a suitable facility for Mum. However my information should not have be sent to facilities without my approval.
The decision to place Mum into respite and then perhaps permanent care is a difficult one and consideration should be given to that.
