The occupational therapist referred me to a social worker as she said we would benefit greatly from that and the physio talked with me and has made me enthusiastic about doing the two exercises he gave me

Nice to have the initial contact, but that was it after two days. Seems the system for care providers to notify Aged Care Decisions isn’t that current either. Wasn’t expecting to find a place straight away. Will keep at it.

Tracy Luck was amazing
Tracy Luck was amazing. She helped me navigate through the My Aged Care maze for my Mum, firstly with Support At Home package, and then finding some Aged Care Homes to view. Through that process I secured Mum a room in an Aged Care Home, which we moved her into yesterday, and she’s very happy there.
Tracy has kept in contact throughout our journey, including a follow up call today to see how the move went, and how Mum is doing…and will call me again in 4 weeks to check in again.
Thanks Tracy…you’ve made a very confusing and difficult time extremely bearable!

Hartley was very clear about options and made sure she understood what I was looking for and my brothers situation . Hartley explained supported places and that this could be amended when my brothers circumstance changed. She highlighted some care facilities and organised tours. I want expecting this level of information and support and follow up so was really impressed and thankful for the service . It was fantastic

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was very efficient in getting things organised and follow up calls.

Great experience with Aged Care Decisions
We have been using the expertise of Aged Care Decisions for almost 2 years and have always received prompt and courteous responses.
In recent weeks we have had great assistance
from Steve at Aged Care Decisions in trying to find a Provider who was able to meet our needs. Steve always returned our calls promptly and followed up with us to ensure our needs were met.
We found the advice we received from Aged Care Decisions met our goals and that the Provider we signed with was very responsive.
