Aged Care Decisions (Divesh sp?) rang almost immediately after I entered on-line interest. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. I received three follow-up phonecalls straight away from possible respite/residential Aged Care facilities.

It always seems to take time
It always seems to take time. Yesterday they said the will call today, which they did but then they are passing my name onto a local provider, so now waiting for another phone call. Then it could still take 14 days to allocate someone to assistance for my father.

Age care decisions have been really great when my sister had to find a nursing home and we had no one to turn to, they gave me positive feedback sent me places to look at and tour checked in on us every now and then to see how we went. and she was placed just recently with one they sent me to look at thank you for your help and it is the best place to start.
