I’m am so glad I reached out for the help. I called on a Sunday morning to ask for help for both of my parents to get Residential Care. Lisa helped me and listened. One hour later I had a call from an aged care home offering a tour and we got the process rolling. Fantastic. So much information given was helpful, calming and gave me confidence that I was doing something positive for my old parents. Incredible service -Tracy found respite…
Incredible service -Tracy found respite care for Mum in under 15 minutes!
I cannot thank Aged Care Decisions enough for their incredible help during a very stressful time. We needed to find respite care for my mum by Tuesday, and by the time Friday hit, we were running out of time and completely overwhelmed. We had already called about 25 nursing homes ourselves with no luck.
Tracy completely took the pressure off our shoulders. Instead of us continuing to cold-call facilities, she used their up-to-date vacancy lists to find a place relatively close to home in less than 15 minutes. She handled absolutely everything.
The care didn't stop there, either. Tracy has since given me three follow-up phone calls-checking in to see how Mum's first and second days went, and another call today just to see how Mum is doing and to check how we are coping as a family as well. If you are feeling stuck and stressed navigating the system, please contact them. Tracy is an absolute lifesaver!

They have done nothing again!
All I get is information that basically doesn't have anything relevant or just completely useless,
I need actual information that tells me what exactly I need to do!
What has recently been given to me is the same as what has been given to me for the last three years and does nothing to help.
