If I could I would give them minus stars. During covid I placed an order and they sent me litterly garbage and smelly fabrics, I promised I would not order from them again. My daughters were looking to order this last Eid and they liked their designs which look good in pictures only. Order was placed on March 20th, I got an email April 7 that my order was shipped, a week later when I got no packages I emailed them for a tracking number and I was told there was nothing shipped. I asked for refund and I was told my order will be shipped on May 10 with priority overnight delivery. I lead a busy Life so i couldn’t follow up. 3days ago they sent me a picture of the package with a tracking number which has still not shipped! When I asked about it, they said it’s ready, do you want to see a picture of it?!? I asked for a refund and there is more lies coming my way. I Will file a complaint with my bank tomorrow, I have consumer protection, bank will take it out of them. As per online shopping regulations the product is to be delivered within 15 days maximum or specified time, they have met neither. Agha Noor is a scam! Please save yourself the headache, there are much more professional brands providing exceptional products and services. From their communication they seem mentally unstable and can’t comprehend simple requests.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Agha Noor. The clothes I received were used, with noticeable stains on both sides of the neck. As a loyal customer, it's disheartening to experience such poor quality from a supposedly expensive brand like Agha Noor.

They are a fraud.when I try to order an outfit from selecting location in pakistan it shows sold out.
After Changing my location it shows available and price in dollars is 4000 rupees more.

I wonder why there is no review option on their website. Also i wish i have read the reviews before ordering from them.
I placed an order for a suit on 16th of August and i was directed to talk to a guy who promised me the suit to be delivered by mid of September. I needed my suit for 1st of Oct for a function thats why i ordered ahead of time so that i wont have to worry about it but i have been getting such a bad service that i have to call every 3-4 days to check the status of my order but gets the same answer that we are trying our best. From last week he is not even answering my call and messaged me saying that i asked for 10th oct and on top of that he said that it cant get ready by then too.. and is asking me to choose different dress. I am so frustrated with this service. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this designer to anybody ever again. Even after my so much patience i got stress that i wanted to escape from by ordering ahead of time. So unprofessional. Wasn’t expecting this!

They have awful customer service. I have shopped twice with them, both of the times they sucked. First time, last year I ordered a bridal dress for my wife for our wedding about 2 and half months in advance, they gave me delivery time of 4-6 weeks, when after 6 weeks I received nothing, I called them to inquire and was told they had not initiated my order because they had not received payment even though I had paid in advance, I had to send them payment receipt but no apology from them. We only received the dress one day before the wedding which caused us immense stress. Second time, I ordered 4 dresses for my wife, when we received the order there were only 3 in the package, 1 dress was missing, again no help from the customer service.

Recommended. I bought 3 outfits from their Agha Noor Bridal Studio. I tested each dress, and they're all pure (silk, as described) - which is quite rare for Pakistani brands. Lots of intricate hand zardosi and embroidery makes them excellent value for money compared to other clothing companies. The outfits arrived in 4 weeks.

Be aware that the sizing comes up large and styles are intentionally loose/unfitted for modesty. Tailoring is necessary for a more fitted style. Improvements could also be made by providing lining for sleeves in organza outfits. Heavily embroidered raw silk garments should also be lined for longevity.

Overall, I would recommend as they use pure fabics, have lots of hand-done work, and have classic, chic designs.

Like everyone has written, I also very much regret that I didn’t read the reviews before ordering with them. I got the suit on time, but the measurements were taken wrong which made them look bad overall and the work it had was only half from the picture.

@aghanoorofficial quality has severely gone downhill in recent years. Their 'Ready to Wear' selection consists of 'cookie cutter' designs with extremely poor fabric in the name of 'organza'. The prices are still on the higher side whereas the quality of material and designs has completely lost its charm. I recently bought 6 outfits all together online and am very disappointed with the poor quality of fabric. It's seriously like wearing paper thin material. It's completely see through all though the liner is attached still I have to wear an inner so that it does show the body. Now it's time to move on to other designers in the market. Agha Noor not recommended at all.

I recently ordered a suit. It arrived on time but, I am absolutely disappointed to see the quality of the fabric. The suit costed me a lot and it didn't worth 1/4 of the price. The fabric used was the fabric that is used in linings. It is so hedious and low quality... a total rip-off! I am furious about my purchase and am extremely disappointed at Aghanoor

I Am regretting not to read the reviews before getting my dress. I really got attracted to one of the dress that I have seen in on one of the TV shows and I ordered it. It costs $210 and when it came, the material were cheap and not similar looking like the website pictures AT ALL. I am also surprised seeing how they don’t have a review section on their own page. Additionally reaching out to them as my product was taking forever to reach. I sent a text message in English. They replied me on Urdu. Fortunately I understand that even that’s not my primary language. But my friend was having serious issues on understanding when she ordered her as her language is totally different. Although this seems normal but customer like us who lives abroad can have problems. Now I am even fearful to ask them a refund and send them my product, what If they end up being fraud and not give my money back.

I wish I had read the reviews for this website before buying product through them. I bought two suits for 200 dollars. The product took more than a month to arrive, and they were completely different than what shown in picture. The material was cheap and craftmanship was very poor. The pictures look beautiful but thats not what you get. I asked for return and however it took them forever to reply. I had to download "whatsapp" in order to communicate with them and i would not get immediate reply. I first contacted them on June and received final reply from them on August stating that they wound not accept return. Please be aware.

Totally fraud. They make you pay high prices before taking the order and don‘t even send the designs shown in the pictures. I ordered embroidered trousers and the ones I got were plain. Please beware of this scam.

I would give 0 stars if there was an options. Bunch of frauds working here. They sent me the wrong dress and another dress was missing. They were supposed to send me my money back but never did. Kept say they will and ignored my messages. I would never recommend them.

Sent me the wrong dress and promised to pay me back the postage and packaging for returning it and then didn't. The quality is terrible also. Definitely won't be buying from them again and will ensure that others are aware and don't do business with these people
