Not what I expected
Received my ornament and removed the covering. There was a small noticeable sharp chip and after emailing company they stated I hadn’t removed the covering which I had. So apparently for what I paid they are not excepting to replace my ornament as I offered to ship my original one back to them so they can actually see for themselves. One truly not happy customer.

I was hesitant to try out a product from a facebook ad but I loved the concept. I ordered a tree ornament from a photo for my niece of her recent wedding. These ornaments look great on FB. Almost 3-dimensional. In reality … pretty cheap and nothing like this. We received the order today. After opening the third empty giftbox we thought we were tricked. Luckily the ornaments were in the last box. So small all 4 fitted in 1 box. Came in today after 3 weeks. Sender from Hongkong. Not any notion it was from AGC. Or any description what was in it. So when I got a message in the app from our postal services (Netherlands) I didn’t have a clue what was coming. No information in the package. Very weird. So we paid over 100 dollars for 4 very cheap looking ornaments….
Very disappointed.

This place is a scam
I’ve ordered a purse for my grandmother November 30th so it could be here by Christmas I’ve even paid extra for faster shipping, my order has been sitting in transit since December 4th and hasn’t moved since. I’ve been emailing and emailing and the emails they send back seems to be automated. They are not working as hard to get people orders to them. I looked at jcw express which is the shipping company they use and the phone numbers are fake and the office location address is in the middle of nowhere they have taken people money and not sending them their stuff will never order from here again HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

Charged but never received my order
I reviewed a gift customized recently after receiving a beautiful ornament, that was packaged beautifully and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
I then ordered three more. This was before Thanksgiving. I was charged but received nothing. I have reached out to the company multiple times and have been told the order is “on the way” I was sent tracking info they shows the order “in transit” since December 3rd.
Customer support is non existent. If you get your order they do make beautiful ornaments, but it’s hit or miss if it will show up and there is little to no support.
