agiftcustomized website is a plethora of treasures. I ordered one ornament of my dog. Fell in love. Ordered two more ornaments of my son and girlfriend. Fell more in love. Ordered one more of my two grandchildren and their parents. Amazing! Ordered one more (I am addicted) of my friends. I cannot wait to see their face when they see themselves. I ordered five ornaments as Christmas presents. I just loved how gorgeous they are. They also were shipped with great care and was very impressed with the packaging. The presents were opened and the shock of the personalized ornaments were a great hit. I will definitely order more in the future for that special personalized gift again.

Orders Not Received
I ordered 3 ornaments second week of November. They have still not arrived and the tracking has not been updated since December 1st. Reached out to company 7 times and and only get automated response they are in transit and tracking will be updated in a few days. i have requested a refund 3 times since they are obviously lost but they have ignored every email. These were Christmas presents. would not recommend these to anyone.

I ordered several ornaments in two separate orders for Christmas. All were beyond perfect and on time. My children and their boyfriends loved their couple ornaments and so did everyone else I ordered for. These little items give a wonderful personalized feel when everyone else is handing out gift cards. I ordered two collage graduation ornaments of my children, one for my ex-husband and one for his parents. I ordered one of the whole family for my parents and another one of a friend of mine and his daughter in front of their Christmas tree. So several different types of ornaments with words under some or heart shapes around them and all were absolutely adorable. Even gave one to my daughter’s bf’s mom of the two of them and made her cry. That shows how much the personal touch matters. I highly recommend these heartfelt little items to show your love.

I ordered ornaments for my grandchildren for Christmas. Some were just gifts and others were if them with there grandfather who had passed away and I wanted them to have this ornament so that they can always have him with them. I changed my photo at the start and it was no problem they did it with no hesitation. My grandchildren loved the ornaments but love the ones with them and there poppop. I was worried that they wouldn't arrive on time but they arrive in more then enough time before Christmas. Thank you.

I paid for Express shipping 3-6 days after production and I will not receive my item for an additional 10 plus days. I asked for a refund of the express shipping and they said due to the holidays it is delayed. Why even offer express shipping during the holidays if you can't honor it? It also doesn't ship from California, it ships from China. I thought it was coming from CA so I never dreamed it would take so long. They will not issue a refund of my $30+ bucks I spent on express. :(

A Christmas Miracle!
I had a great experience with AGiftCustomized! I ordered a beautiful ornament for my family after my grandfathers passing, and it was just that, turned out beautiful. I ordered well in advance as a gift for my mother and grandmother for Christmas. When the order was not tracking and it was 3 days before the big day, I reached out to the staff. They were very apologetic that they had don’t everything they could to get it here in time but with the Christmas mailing traffic it was schedule to be a couple days late.
A Christmas miracle and it showed up the day before Christmas Eve! All and all, I appreciate their dedication to customer service with their response and updates.

I seen this website on a fb ad, I placed a order for Christmas (paid for expedited shipping) and it showed up through my SHOP APP and gave me a order # and receipt BUT I NOW CANNOT TRACK IT AND THE WEBSITE SAYS IT DOES NOT HAVE MY EMAIL, order, etc… I am reporting it to my bank and I sent emails to Shop customer service and this website also, BBB. I want to add that I did finally receive my order a few days after Christmas; was very happy with it indeed!!!!
