This is a unique gift to give, especially for those of us who still appreciate photos!
I bought two-
The first is my sister who lost her husband of 52 years just last spring, she's gonna adore this!
The second is of my wife and I on our wedding day!
Now in this picture our pastor was behind us (sorry, should have got one without the pastor) and now we have that picture!
Literally jumping for joy about the edits!
I look forward to getting more of these done!, maybe enough to adorn a Christmas tree...!

Well, finally got the final product. The ornament looks NOTHING like that advertised. It is NOT 3-dimensional. It is flat and is just a print of the photo I sent on plastic, then cut out with a jigsaw. Horrible rip off!

Poor shipping…
The company can step up their delivery during a holiday. The item was shipped out on December 5th and I got it after Christmas. Up until the day I ordered it, I received three emails a day to order from them. And for a week after still received emails to order. The item itself was just ok. I ordered because I received $5 off otherwise, I felt it was too expensive. Maybe my $5 off resulted in a slower shipping.

Cool ornament, Thought it was backwards. That’s my mistake :)
My ornament is really cool and is the picture I sent to them. I wrote a review saying I was happy and they had horrible customer service. While I think some of the responses to my emails were AI generated (it is really hard to tell anymore), the fault was 100% mine. I didn’t understand what they were trying to tell me. I thought my ornament was backwards but there was a protective film on it (the ornament is basically see through) protecting the good side. Once I understood what they were telling me I took that off and every thing was good. I did apologize to them via email for my misunderstanding.

I ordered one to see how they looked and it came out fabulous I absolutely loved it so I went ahead and ordered three more but was disappointed when they arrived only one sided? I don’t see that I ordered a different style so I don’t know where the mistake happened but disappointed I spent $90 out there one sided. :(

Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

In the end,, all went well !!!
Was a bit apprehensive as the time taken to receive pertinent information concerning my order, I was pleased with the end results. My wife simply LUV'd the custom ornament (of our dog) and actually told me that the AGC ornament was her FAVORITE gift received for Christmas.
