To me, the picture in the ad looked like it was a figurine. To my surprise, it was just a photo copy of the subject on the picture I submitted and adhered to a plastic outline. In my opinion, very small for the price.

My Dad Turned 80 in November and we had a photo that included his Children, Grand Children and Great Grandchildren! How often does that happen?! Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!!
Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way!
The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere!

Greek wedding ornament

Paid expedited processing fee of $33 on…
Paid expedited processing fee of $33 on a $20 product. Company didn't send out item for over 10 days, same as it would have been with standard processing fee. Requested refund of difference since it arrived so late and they take zero ownership. They KNEW they were enticing people with a steep processing fee of "reduced time" in order to get holiday orders that they weren't going to honor. No recourse against this company since they are overseas. Just total garbage customer service. And the product is VERY mediocre

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! The ornaments DO NOT look like the website. Customer service will tell you it states 2D not 3D but that is not even the problem. The problem is the item is very small and the art dept did not do a good job with the picture. You can see the plexi or whatever the material is on the back of the item from the front. This ornament is just like the ones that hang in the mall for sale for the holidays But these are not well done. Also it was a Christmas gift and I received it late. Customer service could care less about any of the issues.

Horrible business!
Horrible business!! I ordered 3 ornaments. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get them ( nearly a month) One of them came with an arm cut off in the picture. The picture was sent to them so that the arm wouldn’t be cut off. I asked for the ornament to be re-done but after waiting a week for a response I was told they would only give me a discount on future items! Why in the world would I order from them again if they can’t make the first order right!! My daughter ordered a similar item from another company after I did and received her order in a week!! And they had communicated with her to make sure to get the order correct! Don’t use this company! Go elsewhere!!

Piece of trash
The ornament was a piece of frosted plastic with the picture glued to the back. You can’t see the picture through the plastic and if you look at the back, the picture and lettering are reversed. It took several weeks to receive and I had to keep asking for it after they said it was delivered. This is a scam!!

Ornament has a film on blank brown side, peel off
I was disappointed when I originally received the ornament, it was printed on one side and brown on the other. I read the email and watched the video that stated peel film off of glossy side, there was no glossy side. I emailed the company and they promptly responded and advised me to peel the film off the plain brown side. I did that and am pleased with the product.

I placed an order on 12/12/23 and paid $32.99 for expedited shipping for delivery by Dec 24. My package sat here at DHL WAREHOUSE IN Denver from Dec 20 until it was delivered on Dec 27.
