Originally I had purchased a set of 3 of the acrylic photo ornaments of my family. These ornaments turned out AMAZING! I loved them so much, that I ordered a 5 piece set of the same photo for the rest of my family. Unfortunately, the second set was done differently than the first set in that this one did not include the bushes that were in the forefront of the photo and partially covered legs and feet. I contacted AGC immediately but they refused to re-do the ornaments for me (although according to their policy they should have). I have tried repeatedly to get the Customer Service people to re-do these but my requests are being ignored and no one is responding. Today I checked out the website section that has examples of what our completed ornaments will look like. One of the photos is of a family with snow in the foreground covering their feet... the snow was included in those photos. So why weren't the bushes included in mine? They were in the first set of ornaments.
I don't understand why this company is refusing to re-do the second set of ornaments for me including the bushes in the foreground (instead they "imagined" where my brother's leg would be and cut the photo there). I tried contacting them again a few days ago... and again, have had no response. This is extremely upsetting. This has been going on since I received the order that I placed October 29, 2023. My most recent email to them was Jan. 16, 2024 and to date they have not responded.
UPDATE: I received a response but still no mention is made of them re-doing the ornaments. They explained why that happened and that they plan to rectify the issue going forward, but there is no offer to re-do my order. They cost me a lot of money and I feel that, since they recognize the problem, they should offer to re-do my ornaments for me, or refund my money (over $70!). They "imagined" where legs and feet would be and cut it that way which included the part of the bushes covering their legs.. so my brother looks like he has brown & "camoflauge" green leaf pants on. At this point, my review stands and I am extremely dissatisfied with their response.

The ornament is 2-D. It’s a cut out kind of like a Christmas cookie cut out. Unique. picture quality is good especially after you take the film off.

I ordered this as a gift for family who lost their beloved pup, and the ornament showed up late, extra plastic and brown paper all around it and so dark you could barely see what the picture even is. So messy that I refused to even give it as a gift. They refuse to make it right.

Regarding your concern, please kindly understand that there is a brown scratch-resistant film on the glossy side of our photo ornaments. Please kindly note that this film is a little difficult to remove so we highly recommend that you use your fingernail or a utility knife to carefully remove it. Rest assured that after removing the aforementioned film, the products will be as clear as the Preview you saw online.

Could be the worst customer service…
Could be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I was feel victim to a late night Facebook ad they ran and paid for an ornament as a Christmas gift. It took 3 weeks to even ship the item and when I received the bag, it was empty. I reached out to their customer service and after a few weeks, they said they would refund half of what I paid. Then when I asked why I wasn’t getting a full refund they said I must return the product I never received to get my half refund—awful response rate of emails.
UPDATE 2/1/24: They have responded with the same generic response that I have received every single time I have reached out. Please don't buy from this company.

Ornaments that bring back memories!!
We ordered two ornaments from agiftcustomized this year. One was supposed to be for our family gift exchange. I had it made from a family picture we took before my mother-in-law died. It turned out beautifully and I think I will keep it for myself and order a second for the exchange if any more than one of our kids are interested in having their own copy if the other family members do not steal it during our dirty santa game. The second ornament was for our son's girlfriend. I got the picture of them before they left on their first date taken by her mom and I used that. My plan is to make ornaments in the future of them together on special occasions. Then they will have them for their tree assuming that is the way life works. The ornaments turned out beautiful. They were both late and I thought I ordered them early but honestly I think that was a shipping thing and maybe a gift customized needs to work on finding a new shipping provider as really believe better shipping would improve their customer satisfaction. I know our son's girlfriend was thrilled when she saw the finished product as she had only seen the picture I used and the ornament of the family on our tree. She had no idea how it would look. I gave her an IOU with the picture wrapped in a box and then another box with a wrapped ornament holder. She plans to display the ornament year around and said she can change the ribbon hanger based on the season. Gold is what she used when she got it (It's a New Year) then she says the twine for the fall and the red for the Christmas season. She appreciated the three options and will use all three. Thanks for helping me get gifts that bring back memories and last a lifetime.

Terrible
Terrible. They deceptively edit the images used to sell this product. They claim the description tells the story, but the words do not match the images. They basically take your photo, stick it to a piece of plastic, and cut it around the photo 1/4" from the edge of the image. The actual product does not look like the ads. My order was almost the same as the one in the ad, a major Christmas disappointment. Always be leery when a company deletes all comments on social media ads. AVOID!
** UPDATE: I have been in touch with customer service several times. They are standing behind their description and not acknowldeging their deceptive photo editing. Still no resultion. Unethical company, buyer beware.

Poor delivery service
First, I believe my order was placed in plenty of time to arrive by Christmas, I ordered on December 10, 2023. I was unable to order without the gift box appearing in my order and I was worried about getting them on time so after trying 3 times to just order just the ornaments I gave up and let the darn boxes be included! They added an additional 15.00 to my order and shipping was already 15.00 so I felt I was not going to add more for "faster shipping" because even that looked iffy on delivery. So, they arrived on December 30. What a waste of money on customized gifts that would have been a hit on Christmas. 3 expensive boxes I did not need. Frustrated and quite disappointed. Did not get what I ordered
I have been dealing with them since before Christmas. I ordered two ornaments of my Dad who had passed away in 2023. They arrived no wording, both the same. was told to send a pic and package info which I did. I received only one corrected ornament back and now they want to just send me a 15% off and not make it right to give me a 2nd ornament that I paid for. They are delayed in responding. If you are looking for something sentimental I would suggest Etsy and not this site. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
