agiftcustomized.com Reviews

Can not get clear answer on when to expect my package. It's been a month and only thing I've heard is it was in quality control. When I asked about arrival time their responds was see our policy on delivery.. which tells you nothing. For 2 weeks it's been in transit supposedly. Other than that I have no clue about my package. I'll never order from them again... NOT EVER

How on earth do these scam artists have ANY five star reviews? They must be fake. This is a company in China, it is fraudulent and full of crap, and the customer service sucks. They lie with a happy smile on their face to fool people. What a freaking joke. My item, supposedly made in America, has been in transit for three weeks now, and hasn't left...China! Liars!

My sons loved their football Christmas ornaments. Very good quality and wonderful customer service.

My 2 ornaments came out great! Exactly how it shows in their advertising. This is my second yr ordering from this company. When my ornaments arrived I did not realize I had to remove the brown protective covering so I emailed customer service. Not only did I receive an immediate response, their professionalism was just a joy to receive. I will be ordering again next year!

After messaging the company and understanding how the ornaments are made, they are really cute. Quick response snd fast service considering the time of year.

I ordered a super cute customized flight attendant X-mas tree gift for my friend. She was very happy with that.

The ornament turned out even better than I had imagined. The image is crisp and clear. Isabel in Customer Service was very prompt with answering my question. The process is so easy. I will be ordering from them again!!

I ordered an ornament and it came exactly as described. Well packaged, and protected. Customer service was helpful and quick with the questions I had. Overall experience A+.

Very deceptive. I ordered mica turtle ornament. Looked at it over and over. Was jewelled and 3D. What Ibreceived was a cheap looking $20 puzzle piece to hang as an ornament. Unfortunately I bought 20 as gifts. Too embarrassed to give as gifts.
Such a rip off.

The rhinestone turtle ornament pictured in their ad on FaceBook is not what the product is. Rather, it is a plastic image of the turtle. While the company responded to my customer service request, they denied my request for a refund. Apparently, I should have read the fine print on the items description...Now I'm stuck with an ugly, plastic-printed ornament that I would not give, nor display.

First what a concept - second the service is spectacular - especially for online sales!!! Thanks so much!

I ordered an ornament for my granddaughter which I received. I thought it was made wrong and contacted company. Got a answer right away and they told us what to do. Just had to remove a protective film. My granddaughter loves the ornament and so do I. It is a memory for her of her basketball teammates. It was only 3 players, but they were very close and know as the 3 peas in the pod. Her teammates graduated last year and now she has a great memory. Big smile on her face. Thank you sooooo very much.

Great communication along the way And the emails were written in such a fun descriptive way. All the questions I had were met with very fast response and great customer service. I would definitely order from here again. The customized ornament is perfect and I cannot wait to give it to our son. He is going to be so excited.

I had a problem with my order, the company fixed it for me with no problem.

The work done on the ornament was amazing. Each face was very clear and identifiable. Colors clear and sharp. Turn around was reasonable.

Thanks so much

Thank you for being so understanding and helpful when I could not figure out why my photo was backward, I am sorry for being disappointed at first but then I sent the picture and they explained i needed to pull the brown film off. I am so excited to give this gift to my sister. Have a Great Holiday!!!!!

Our son loved his baseball ornament. It came out great!

They made 12 - 5 1/2 inch ornaments of the high school football team for the coaches, trainers etc. The quality is superb and the ornament was very clear and sharp. The faces and numbers on the jerseys are easily recognizable. They make a great gift.

Both the process to get it, and the product itself were exceptionally delightful! Mine was my first attempt to customize an ornament {I'm 80} so I needed extra help along the way. Wow. Could NOT ask for better experience.
Now my memories from the late 1960's and that motorcycle, that crossing the Alps on it during the winter, and that descent down to Italy and some warmth come back every time I look at it.
Now I've added to the family legacy and I recommend this satisfying process to everyone!
~ Merry Christmas to all!
