agiftcustomized.com Reviews

The ornament is very cool. The photo is very clear! Everyone loved it. It has a picture on both sides. I loved their communications as my ornamate was being made.

II found this company on instagram. I ordered a keepsake Bracelet with a picture. They did a Beautiful job. I was going to give them as Christmas gifts but when I saw them I just couldn’t wait. They both love them and were very emotional. They also come with a special message. I am so grateful to have come across A gift customized thank for your great work

I had a few ornaments made from pictures and I love them! They will be gifts that last a lifetime.

I am the 'ornament Aunt' and have been for over 30 years. I have been using photographs to personalize for each niece, nephew, and great nieces for at least a decade. I ordered two different photos to be transformed and was NOT disappointed! These are simply amazing, I am very happy with my purchase.

Company sells inferior products with AI generated imagery to make the product look better than it is. This is false advertising and the company refuses to refund money.

ZERO customer service when order not right. See ya!! Product from China NOT USA. Will never order this crap again.

My ornaments came in and I thought they were backwards. I contacted customer support and they were so friendly. They told me to pull the brown protective covering off of them and see if that was the issue. It was. The protective cover came right off and they were perfect. I felt foolish, but customer support did not make me feel that way, it was an easy solution and they were very friendly about it. The ornaments were perfect and my family loved them. Will definitely order from them again. Truly a great experience.

I ordered a quilt set back in October. They were quick to take my money, but never confirmed the purchase. I have written to them, but no response.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me constantly updated on the status of my order and of the delivery. Timely response to emails. My order arrived on time, and it was beautiful. To have my humble little family on the customized ornament was fabulous!

We ordered one of the picture ornaments for our kids. Once we got them, we wanted to be able to hand them out immediately! They were fantastic. The ornament was exactly like the picture, and even the faces were clear.

Yes, it was a little smaller than we thought, but it was perfect. We received three different kinds of ribbons for each one: a red ribbon, a gold ribbon, and a burlap ribbon! I included one of each with the ornament and a copy of the original picture to hand to them at our early Thanksgiving dinner! They loved them! I will be ordering more for sure!

I received emails from the company informing me that it is being made and shipped at each stage.
It was not just an email but a cheery, positive one from them—the kind of email that makes you smile as you read it.

Buyer beware! China crap scam company! Filing claim now with credit card company! This is bs and after ordering started researching and seems im not the only one who has been scammed! All 5 star reviews here are made by members of this company.
Look at the English translation within the posts. SMH Source BBB Ratings will show facts. Website during ordering and checkout make no mention of China based business. Company does not respond to refund requests and will claim some bs 2hr window, but never respond even if you are within that window. Then claim you requested late or never respond back. Fact check the site reviews on BBB. Starting to loose faith in Trustpilot now too. YOU WILL ORDER TO NEVER RECIEVE- OR RECIEVE SOMETHING SO INCORRECT THAT A REFUND IS ONLY FAIR. But this company will never respond and attempt to keep your payment. File fraud with credit card company or Google Pay is only chance of getting these scammers to stop and get refunded.

Fact check- Look at both Facebook pages addresses, as well look at website listed US Warehouse- Now go to google and look at street view or business actually at these locations. Scammers based out of China. Trustpilot needs to step up their game and research this company.

Company claims to be U.S Based yet we found this

Reddit shows this registered address to produce many many scams on people.

Update- Discovered a pattern within the TP site. Look at all the 5 star reviews for this company and click on anyone of the reviewers names that have reviews of 2 or more review posts- go to the website they are reviewing and do the same on any other 5 star name and you will see the pattern of paid bots that are leaving 5 star reviews for scammer and fraudulent accounts. TP is no longer trust worthy and I'm sure I'll be banned for my new review of this site. There are multiple articles via google-reddit- and journalists who have in fact showed this site (TP) has Review gaters that are paid to leave 5 star reviews and only leave 5 star reviews on sites that need to balance out their negative feedback reviews. Companies are paying to continue to get 5 stars and honest reviewers are being banned or having info removed if they can not obtain a higher subscription paid account vs the company they are negatively reviewing. Youtube also has many videos explaining this as well. These sites need to be taking down and banned. Reference the BBB for factual reviews.

I would also like to note that doing a whois search of domain name shows registration to location that have been flagged since 2021 by the Department of Homeland Security for malicious software and fraud (articles available on google link when searching whois address info that link to articles provided by The Department of Homeland Security)

Ordered 5 Christmas ornaments for over $70.00. The time to receive them was very long. Found out they were coming from China!?!?! When I got them, they were NOT what I ordered in that they were not made from the entire photo I sent in but a cut-out of the people in the photo. The background, which was very special to my family was cut from the product. What a waste of money. Oh, they told me this was my fault because I didn’t tell them specifically that I wanted the background BUT, it was clearly in the photo I sent in for reproduction. Don’t waste your money. USE SHUTTERFLY. Better quality and cheaper prices and NOT DONE IN CHINA!!!!

I received the two ornament that I ordered this week. Upon opening the package found out both ornaments had the writing on the children’s clothes backwards. One was a cheerleader the other a golfer. After spending around $40. I can’t even give the grandchildren their ornaments. Really disappointed. I would have thought quality control would be on top of things.

I love , love , love my ornaments of the grands. Now, I need to send the pic of the whole family. It just thrilled my heart.
Thank you!!😊

I ordered a twin sized quilt from Vantique and was billed by AGiftCustomized. Vanitque's website advertised quaint hand quilted products. I ordered a twin sized hand-quilted blanket entitled "whimiscal chicken." The quilt that I received was not hand or piece quilted, instead it is an irregular sized piece of fabric with a printed pattern of chickens on it and random irregular machine stitching running all over it. A complete scam. Vantique's customer service offered to give me a full refund if I shipped the quilt back to an address in China. I originally paid $79.99 + $10 for the shoddy piece of fabric. Shipping and custom charges to return it to their China location is more than what I originally paid. Customer service said Vantique (again, I bought from Vantique but was billed by Agiftcustomized) is headquartered in the US but custom orders from "artisans" all over the world. When I asked for the company's US location and/or State of incorporation, I was ghosted. They took my money and ran. Buyer beware... to the extent you can be from these two sham internet companies. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

I purchased a bracelet with a picture of my son. The picture I uploaded is resized and in focus to fit perfectly. The design of the bracelet is practical to wear everyday and for any occasion. The shipping time took a couple weeks but it is a custom item, worth the wait though. Customer service is also really quick to respond if there are any issues.

Do not buy from Vantiques! I ordered a cute "chicken" king size bedspread. It came printed in the wrong direction so that the chickens go across the bed, not from the foot to the top. Looks ridiculous of course. Package came with no return information, no return address, nothing. This is a rip-off site.

-Fake storefront / Vantiques.com
-Horrible cheap products look nothing like what is shown in AI filtered photos.
-No Refunds or Returns policy, but I filed a claim with PayP and backed it with photos of the junk they sent me from a crappy looking house in Chicago ( Thanks, GoogleMaps).
- Bait and Switch tactic,
- Fake reviews in their webpage.
- Better stuff available at Dollar Store
-> CAUTION: before you buy ANYTHING online, read fine print about Refunds/Returns. Do your homework before you lose money and time and have to deal with SCAMMERS.

When I saw your ad, I knew I needed one of these ornaments; or two, or three. I was hesitant ordering since I had never seen ornaments like this before, but I HAD to give you a try. After all, these were pictures of the happiest couple ever, on our honeymoon and wedding day. We did those two events in the order mentioned. Not the norm, but neither are we.
Last year, Steve and I escaped for a weekend away. It was already previously planned as a celebration for another special reason but then plans changed.
On our way home on Tuesday, we met with our best friends at the courthouse to get married. It was sudden, but after already dealing with the crazy planning of a wedding and choosing venues and available dates, we decided that this was the way to go. This day was about US, and after all, this day being the one year anniversary since we were told that I was 100% cancer free, it was definitely our best choice. So, having already done the "In sickness and in health" part, with our two friends present, and with my son's approval and his presence through the magic of video phone calls, we got married. The best wedding ever.

Shortly afterward, I saw your ad and I was instantly sold. So perfect! So us. Not just a paper photo stuck in a plastic frame to wither and tear on the tree over the years. Something to last; year after year.
The whole process ran smoothly; especially with the wonderful updates I received throughout the steps of the ornaments being created, smoothed, polished, packaged and sent; and then to even have a follow-up email to explain the removal of the protective cover.
You did it all. We had the perfect Christmas ornaments... but Christmas? When it came time to pack things up for the year, I had inadvertently hung them each on a lamp until I had a chance to pack them away, and there they stay. We see them every night as we turn on our living room lights. Their new, forever place. To remind us of our perfect day and weekend.
My only regret? That I hadn't gotten more of them; but that of course, will be remedied this year.

The new portrait leopard nurse purse was beautiful! I ordered it on July 5th. It arrived after her birthday because I did not allow enough time! My next order I will consider the time! She and I loved it!!!
BTW this is her 2nd nurse purse! She wore the other one out!!! LOL
I also ordered the Love Nurse Life - Personalized Custom Tote Bag! She loved it also! Nice size and quality!
