Super Customer Service! When a Hoverboard appeared on the Christmas list panic set in! However, a couple of messages back and forth with these guys and we were set, they were really quick to respond and helpful with me - I didn't have a clue! The Hoverboard arrived yesterday and looks amazing!

Ordered as a Christmas present, arrived quickly and communication was great! I can’t wait to try it out… (after the kids of course!)

Hoverboard turned out to be faulty! E-mailed on 3 occasions and have never had a response back! The telephone number just goes to voicemail! So have wasted £160 on a dangerous hoverboard!

Delivery was absolutely great arrived within 3 days of ordering and packaged well . Not tried board as a gift for Christmas, but looks to a very high standard.

As soon as I made my order they confirmed straight away it took 4 days to receive my parcel and 2 days were because of the weekend I was a little wary as some customers were saying it was a scam but they sent the order as promised

I got told about this company a few times and never got one until this week. What can I say amazing the build and quality of them is incredible. Had a little trouble with one thing but they was fast and got it sorted the same day. I will be getting more in the future with them 10 out of 10 for me

All good so far, fantastic customer service from keeping in touch over the weekend when closed to having the board and buggy delivered.
Had a little try out of the board myself before my daughters birthday, for safety reasons only (and only on child speed, which was quick enough!) 🤣😉.

Battery life very good only 2 small faults at this time 1.the velcro straps that hold the hoverboard to the kart keep coming undone 2.the app does not seem to be working so we cannot change the settings through the app blue tooth is working fine

Got the airboard pro with buggy, son absolutely loves it, have to say I'm impressed myself with the device.
The flashing lights and option to change lights along with the Bluetooth speaker just make fir an even better experience.
Great service from the seller, always communicated back to via what's app if I had any questions.
All in all a wonderful experience.

Have been looking for a while now at different online companies to purchase a hoverboard. Decided with airboard Pro glad I did very fast delivery and communication very good very pleased with the hoverboard well packaged easy to build the buggy will make my granddaughters Xmas very special well done airboard pro
