Great service, quick replies for any info I qas looking for and no questions seemed to be a hassle to them great customer service, boards are for my sons Xmas so glad the warranty starts on 25th, very quick delivery service, thanks again

I ordered two of these boards the first one turned up and work perfectly the second one wouldn't charge so I emailed the shop they got back to me promptly and arranged for the board be picked up and deliver a new board to me which came this morning and works great I am very happy with the customer service from this company and would recommend to family and friends if you're thinking about buying one of these boards please use this company

Ordering process was very easy and confirmation of order received very quickly. However the next communication was to say the parcel could not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the value. However, no tracking details were included and I assumed I would receive another email for this!
The following day the parcel arrived, fortunately I was in at the time otherwise I would have had the problem of trying to reschedule a delivery.
On the plus side the delivery driver was excellent, one of the boxes was split and he made sure he photographed the damage incase anything was missing!
I cannot comment on the hoverboard or the buggy as they are Xmas gifts but will review again after Christmas.

Ended up cancelling order before receiving because son decided on scooter instead. Brilliant customer service and understanding…5*****

Airboard pros arrived within a few days of placing the order. Manged to fully charge them and set them up at the weekend for my boys. Whats great about this is the 12 month warranty doesn't start until Christmas day and they come with the seat which is what my eldest wanted the most!! Sent a message to query the app and received a response within a few hours from the team. Definitely recommended

Was a very easy process from start to finish.I phoned my order through spoke to a very nice gentleman then to finish my order I spoke with a lady who processed my order was told my order would be delivered the next day and as promised it arrived very pleased . Thank you

Brilliant hoverboard. I bought this for my 10yr old nephew and he loves it. Well protective packaging. If it’s for a Christmas present perhaps put it on the 3 hour battery charge beforehand.

Great board. Excellent quality and the easy to use app sets it above the rest.

Bought a board for my granddaughter and she hasn’t been off it since I gave it to her and she lives the lights. Had a few questions before I bought it and the guys were really helpful. If I need another one I’ll definitely go back to them.

Was recommended this company by a friend who’s bought a few boards from before last month. Firstly the website is very well presented and knowledgeable and easy to navigate round. Ordered a board bundle deal on Monday arrived by Wednesday very fast and easy tracking, saved for Christmas but we have opened it and it looks amazing.
