slow shuttle service both ways
The low rating is b/c of their transport service to/from the airport. My car was stored safely during my trip and all employees were professional.
Their transport service is operationally challenged. On the way to the airport, the driver chose to drop off passengers who had stated they had extra time, in a manner that required him to double back to my terminal. With all the construction at the airport, this added significant time. The return trip was also poorly organized, with our driver being told to wait at terminals for passengers that never arrived. Although the shuttle was there right when I got out, it took over 30 minutes to get back to lot b/c he was asked to wait for passengers that never materialized.

Good experience over all
For a rather large airport and I'm a person that does not fly very often everything i thought was fairly easy considering. Lots of signs of where to go. I was also surprised how helpful and friendly staff was.
