Quick and easy experience

Fantastic service close and reliable

Generally, I rate AirPark a 5. But, lately, they have been a bit off. Last time I used them a few weeks ago, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pickup from the terminal. This week on Thursday morning, I pulled in where I am usually directed to go and only after I got out of my car, I was told to get back in and move the car because the AirPark staff were trying to pull cars out of the lot. Then the van driver did not put my small suitcase in the back but caused me to lift it up into the van. It wasn't until I asked for his assistance did the driver lift it up the last step. And, at the airport, I had to carry my bag down the van steps myself - I am 76 yrs old. I did not tip him as he did nothing other than sit behind the wheel. When I returned on Friday from my business trip and called as I normally do I was told to go to the pickup site because there was a van already there. There was not. I called and let them know that the van was not there but fortunately, another came pretty quickly. I hope these incidents are merely glitches and this does not become routine.

They always make it easy to drop my car off and get on the shuttle no matter how full the lot is. When returning, my car is always there waiting and ready to go.

We will not use the Air “Smells Like Weed” Park again.

I have used this parking lot several times and always notice the smell of weed in the lot, the shuttle bus and in the office. I have put up with it because in general, the service is reliable and convenient. However, the last time I picked up my car, at 10:30 pm, the area outside office door reeked of weed. There was no one else on site beside 2 employees. I walked in the office to get my keys and the guy behind the counter was laughing at something on his phone and his eyes were beet red and half closed. The office smelled of weed. We got in our car which also smelled of weed. I was so furious. I went back into the office and complained to the stoned guy and told him that my car reeked of weed. He told me, “no one smoked weed in your car.” I said,” well no one should be smoking weed while they’re at work!” He had no response to that, because clearly they do.

I have noticed that some people leave reviews that their cars were damaged. People whose cars are damaged should let their attorneys know that it’s probably because the employees are impaired on the job. They are smoking weed and moving around your cars.

Super close to the airport. No waiting at all for the vans to and from the airport. Car was retrieved in minutes upon return. Helpful staff.

Love this place. The friendly staff always make sure to get me to the airport and back in a timely manner with my car waiting. There are always shuttles circulating so that things run smoothly and efficiently. I’m a frequent flier for work and family and enjoy my experiences here every time.

Airpark is a great place to park for LaGuardia. The delivery to and pickup from the airport is quick. The payment process is also quick and the employees are friendly. I have parked there many times over the years and though their price has gone up, so have the competition’s. I never worry about the safety of my car and it’s always ready when I arrive. What more could you want? I just hesitate to let new people find out about it as it’s already so well-known and respected that sometimes it is full when I’ve gone to book it! It’s a great choice.

Quick and courteous.

We’ve been parking here (the LaGuardia location) for many years and have never had better service in any other parking garage. The service is outstanding, and we never worry about our car because we know it is well taken care of. It is located just outside the airport, which makes it extremely convenient and drop off and pick up extremely fast. We actually just came back a couple of days ago from a trip and our car was waiting right outside for us, ready to go.
