I waited for months trying to everything possible but it was just impossible for an individual to withdraw on this platform. My issues was resolved by what's in my picture.

Impossible to withdraw
The phone number on the site is not working. No answers by anyone over a week, every time I ask to withdraw some new fees and reason I can’t. My withdraw still pending in two days. Really not good right now.
