I was kept updated from placement of my order to the evening before where I was given my 2 hour time window for the next day delivery. The equipment was delivered within an hour of the time window.

Shockingly bad delivery company
Shockingly bad delivery company. The lads on the ground are great, but the overall service, scheduling, and customer service are just atrocious. Try calling their CS number, and the voice message starts with 'abuse won't be accepted' - that tells you the whole story. I can see why. You are always no 7 in the queue. And problems are never addressed. Random collections/deliveries cancelled, drivers delayed by 4+ hrs, etc. Unbelievable.

Tracking the delivery and the driver was good.
Our only issue is that the outer packaging of the mattress was absolutely filthy and if we hadn’t taken great care in removing this we would certainly have marked the mattress.

Poor
Delivery was poor. First delivery date was cancelled on the morning of day - no reason given. Second delivery only 2 of 4 boxes delivered. Final delivery date which was over a week late the final 2 boxes were delivered. In between they tried to deliver a bath room suite which was not mine. Total chaos. Made a complaint which took over a week to answer - simple apologies but no reasons given. Will not buy anything again where AIT
are involved. Would not recommend.....
